I have no planets in air in my chart and I rarely get close to people who have more than one inner planet in air in their chart. It's not that I don't like airy people - I have planets in all three air houses, including my Sun and Mercury in the 3rd so I'm quite airy for someone with no air planets. I just prefer people with air houses featured prominently. I think it's because I can relate to them better.IP: Logged |

Yes! I have a water singleton, and I either draw or am drawn to people with some combination of ascendant/sun/moon in water - mostly Pisces and Scorpio. My water singleton is my descendant ruler though, and I have water planets (Neptune in sag, moon in cap) in my 7th house. IP: Logged |

Definitely! I'm surrounded by air signs. Sometimes you lack the element because your parents have too much of it and they overdid it by always playing out those functions -for- you, instead of teaching you to do those things yourself... e.g. parents who provide everything for the child on a material level (child lacks earth)... parents who always fight the child's battles for them (child lacks fire)... etc IP: Logged |

The one about earth is pretty relevant to me. My only earth is capricorn rising and outer planets in cap. But my parents always afforded me most material things I needed. ------------------ Leo Sun Scorpio Moon Capricorn Rising Leo Mercury Leo Venus Libra Mars Sagittarius Jupiter Pisces Saturn Capricorn Uranus Capricorn Neptune Scorpio Pluto Virgo Chiron IP: Logged |

Yes drawn but then they turn out to be bad, bad, like very bad... Especially those Fishes acting all sensitive when it's dark again they bite you and walk like they have something to cross out from their to-do-list. S O B B I N G IP: Logged |

I've got one singleton planet in an air sign and one singleton planet in a water sign. I have attracted both water and air signs quite frequently, but they typically have an undertone of fire (for the water signs) or earth (for the air signs), so we do get along on some levels. Also, the water and air signs are typically the ones who drive me the most crazy: sometimes in a good way because they challenge me and sometimes in a bad way because they can be so different from me. Overall though, I learn something from them, so I value having them in my life. IP: Logged |

In my case it's not true! I'm an earth void. Not even an outer planet in an earth sign. When I was born my family was the richest in our town(small town still). But soon we had to leave everything behind n migrated cuz of severe ethnic conflict in our country. As a kid I didn't have even a single toy to play with. Whatever I own now are bought out of my husbands n my money. But when I was single I used to do attract earth dominants esp Taureans. It always fizzled out. I have no clue what they used to see in me. I admire earth dominant ppl. IP: Logged |

I am earth dominant, and I have a water singleton and a mars singleton....any from what I've noticed, somehow I attract fire and water..but as my grunded energy I always find ppl who have a lil bit of earth in their chart, and after that, fire/or waterI do tend to merge better with watery types:) IP: Logged |

Yes! I'm water void. (excluding pluto in scorp...cause it's generational?) My mom is a Pisces, and we understand each other very well. First boyfriend: Pisces, Dad's a Cancer, I'm always attracting Cancers to me, Two best friends---Cancers, and now my husband is Scorpio Dominant. (our composite is all piscean too) The thing is... the Cancers cause me a lot of mental strain because they are constantly depressed and make me negative by the end of our time together. I wonder if this is the way Cancer is placed in my chart...to like to suck the life from me? LOL would that be the house cusp? IP: Logged |

Asked the same question years back, my natal lacks fire and I have an earth singleton of Venus in Virgo. My first love was dominant earth, Virgo Sun an Taurus Moon. It was one of the strongest attractions I had experienced in my life. He had me at 'hello' lol. With my lack of fire, that could be the reason I attract fire heavy men. Usually they have both Sun and Moon in fire, or planets in fire houses. Noticing they are inevitably drawn to me, its funny but all the water placements in my chart seem to repel men with alot of water in their chart. IP: Logged |

Wow you too Faith?! Yes this combo is incredibly charming, they captivate you when you least expect it lol. Couldn't get him out of my head for years, he is the only man that had that effect on me. It would be really something if it was the same guy. The Virgo that drove me crazy had a Venus in Leo, Mars in Cancer, and nothing strong in Libra. IP: Logged |

Yes. I'm fire void and married a Leo. I couldn't stomach them before and now I'm hooked. Only ever dated one other fire sign. I looooove the energy. Never a dull moment. I've always gotten along very well with all fire signs. I'm a moth to their flame. IP: Logged |

no, i find myself drawn to earthy/airy types. fiery folk can catch my attention but it doesn't usually stick. there needs to be a lot of work put into my relations with watery folk. if we're meant to know eachother it usually has to build slowly over time...and it doesn't begin with me being drawn to them. Yea, my mother is all water and the emotional tides and downright lunacy in my childhood household were enough to last a lifetime... quote: Originally posted by Odette: Definitely! Yes and they are drawn to me...I have pluto in libra singleton by element and mode. At least with the opposite sex this is very accurate. My ex is scorpio with venus in libra and my husband is a libra with mars in scorpio and I think is bc of my pluto singleton by element and mode. It helps that my 11th is in libra and venus has nice aspects in my chart. IP: Logged |
