Hi all

Have been doing some analysis of my chart. I have mars in libra in 9th house. I have always attracted foreign lovers...My job involves foreign travel and meeting people from other places.

Is the mars in 9th to blame?

My Mars is in the 9th and I've never dated someone who has the same cultural background as me. I can't see that changing anytime soon. Haven't dated someone from another country but I can definitely see doing so, it's a very appealing idea.

I have mars in my 7th house in Sagittarius ( sag rules the 9th house ) and rarely have I been attracted to someone from my country ... And all of the "almost" boyfriends I've had where from other countries , currently crushing on someone born in another country as well

My Mars rules my 12th house. It's in Cap with Cap also on the cusp of my 9th.

Mars Taurus Aries on the 9H cusp. I have had quite a few long distance relationships. It just hit me how many men I have dated that have been the military and have been deployed overseas. I don't even live near a base. My current relationship of 4+ years is with a combat veteran. Weird.

me too. But I also have mars, uranus and neptune in 9th so really...
and mars also rules my 7th so it makes sense

I don't have Mars in 9th but I've always been more attracted to guys of other races and as of lately that's all I've been dating.

Natally I have:

Saturn in 9th
Uranus/Neptune in Capricorn in 7th
Aquarius on 8th/9th house cusp
Capricorn Desc

So basically 7th house ruler in 9th and 9 house ruler in 7th (double whammy)

And I have Jupiter in Sagittarius in 5th

My descendant ruler is Jupiter in Aquarius domicile in the 9th house. I'm basically attracted to foreign objects.

Nope, I have Capricorn Descendant and Saturn in Pisces.

My Mars is in Scorpio in 5th.

I think the natal chart plays a role but it also depends on your environment and upbringing in this case. My mom always raised me around all cultures of people and I have a few relatives who are different races. I'm sure if I grew up in a family that only believed in "sticking solely to your own" or grew up in an environment with people who only looked like me, the results would probably be different.

i have mars saggy that also falls in the 9th house

i wouldn't say im attracted to people who have accents or who can't speak english very well but i always end up with a guy who looks the total opposite of me. i have dark features and he'll have blue eyes blonde hair. light coloration. things like that. although i definately am attracted to italians and spanish men i seem to end up with guys opposite of me.

don't think i could ever marry a foreigner though, theyre just too different..hrmmmmmm

I have always resented my own culture for how misogynistic it is, so yeah I guess it's pretty unlikely that I'll end up with someone of my own nationality.

I have mars in 9th and have never had a bf of the same background, but I have always assumed it was because I have venus in 9th too. Oh and mars rules my 6th; venus my 7th.

I have scorpio mars in 4th
I am asian but I never had an asian gf :s
But then again I never had a relationship that lasted longer than 6 months so I think my case is very unusual
