Is it bad that I'm 16 and I have lower back problems? Like they just randomly hurt and stuff, especially when I'm singing and I run out of breath, it starts hurting.I know Leos are prone to heart and back problems, but is it possible to develop them this early? Who else has back problems? IP: Logged |

It's not just you, and it's probably not even because you're a Leo. Approximately 2/3 of teens have infrequent back pains. As long as it isn't happening in conjoinment with something else (other bodily pains, head aches, etc.), it's pretty normal. Your backpack might be a little too heavy and/or you might spend too much time on the computer; it could be anything really. I read this joke online somewhere: "80% of teens in the world have back problems, and the 20% that don't don't have a computer." That said, just try doing some back/core exercises. The stronger your back is, the more pressure it'll be able to handle. IP: Logged |

Oh okay. I don't usually bring my books home, so my backpack isn't heavy. I'm usually on my bed texting than on the computer. I guess that counts lol.IP: Logged |

As long as your back isn't in a proper posture, it counts.IP: Logged |
