Person B in his chart has Mars conjunct Saturn one degree orb.

In synastry B's Mars exactly conjunct A's Sun.

It makes for some sort of configuration - B's Mars&Saturn on A's Sun, which all exactly squares A's Saturn.

Does this help them resolve difficult aspects they both have in their charts (Sun square Saturn, Mars conjunct Saturn) or it makes it even worse?

Well, his South Node is exactly conjunct my Saturn, thus making an exact square to my Sun and his Mars (a degree off to his Saturn)

what about the other end of the square, Saturn/SN? Is it connected? You should look how this square integrates or if it integrates in a closed pattern.

So basically, we fight a lot. When things get rough, they get REALLY rough. Physical and verbal abuse included. How you handle your temper depends on your maturity level. We both are unevolved species so we don't handle anger well. I have Sun conjunct Mars natally. When 2 Sun/Mars people get together, it can be explosive.

Sex isn't necessarily boring with Saturn/Mars. We did face problems initially but they eventually got resolved. You could look to natal Mars placement for further insight. For instance, I've my Mars in 11th and my partner has his mars in Aquarius so we both like experimenting. If let's say I had my Mars in a sign that liked traditional sex, my Saturn on his Aqua Mars would have killed his sex life by now.

As Saturn, I can be very critical of Sun and Mars. Saturn is said to be dampening for the Sun especially as it hurts Sun's ego. Now how the other person takes it depends on them. My partner sometimes gets offended, at other times he takes it as constructive criticism. But I do make conscious effort to shower him with compliments and put things forward in a more tactful manner.

On a positive note, the aspect gives a sense of stability and security. Even after a huge fight, we know we are sticking. It makes you want to work together than just give up.
