He asked at the desk who the guy was who just went in and found out he was a prison guard. He did some research OL and found the guy had been in trouble for torturing inmates. He wasn't able to find birth info (as he was curious about any astrological aspects) and didn't dare call the prison to bluff it as it was Pelican Bay, one of the most notorious where crime lords still command empires from behind bars, including hits that target guards and their families and any such questions are thoroughly investigated.

There are lovely aspects like her Mars/Mercury conjunct my Jupiter, my Jupiter sextile her Venus/Jupiter and her Jupiter square my Venus/Mercury in synastry. These are supposed to create goodwill.

The two 'negative' aspects are her Saturn tightly conjunct my Ascendant and Mars square my Ascendant. She has natal Mars/Saturn square across Scorpio/Aquarius and I know that's a ruthless combination. Her Venus squares my Sun/Venus but that's not supposed to create negative energy....atleast theoretically.

His theory was that as he himself was a guy who existed outside the law who did good deeds for people while the prison guard was someone enfranchised by the system who used it to inflict cruelty on the helpless that they both were extreme in their philosophy (something of a chaotic good vs. lawful evil) and that their spirits recognized each other even before they physically saw the face of the other. Still, it would've been nice to have been able to compare their charts. But the instant hostility was mutual.

Well often past life occurrences show up in our charts and individuals who we may have past history with will probably make interesting aspects to our planets. But outside of aspects, when two souls see know each other, they will recognize one another on the spot, even if the ego doesn't. The ego is oblivious and is like why do I hate this person? But then in a past life this person possibly killed you or did some very negative thing to you. Its all part of the lessons we need to learn, and the lesson there is to forgive and let go. But can't really do that if you don't know that's whats going on lol.

Pluto intimidates other planets. Whether it's good or bad Pluto has this dark allure that pulls in others. Sometimes it can manifest in intense attraction or intense fear.

You have Aquarius influence so Pluto's dark and piercing energy might indeed rub you the wrong way. Especially since your Moon is involved. The Moon is very delicate and Pluto's grip might be a little too tight. The Sun makes it personal, Mars makes it belligerent. His Pluto (along with his other planets in conjunction) is arousing your planets.

The thing is sometimes the Pluto person doesn't even know they're doing it. Unless this guy is super self-aware he might not even realize the energy he's giving off.
