Not for me (if I am understanding your question correctly).

My Moon is in Leo in my Moon Persona Chart, but my natal Moon is in Aquarius's Decan.

Moon in my Moon Persona chart is actually exactly conjunct my natal Sun, it is difficult tosay with decans as there are different calculations.

However the most known one would have it ruled by Sun I suppose (3rd decan SAg).

However using the Chaldean rulers (as I have been adivsed to), it would be Saturn. (honestly that sounds much more like me. lol)

My natal Moon`s decanate would be Venus or Mercury. So nothing in common no.
