Anyone see anything in her chart that would make her choose this career path? I don't have her birthtime, though. I'm just curious because everyone is always like, "omg metal music that's such a fire sign thing", but she's almost fire void (except for Neptune in Sagittarius). And the only masculine personal planet that she has is Mercury in Libra.She has Sun conjunct Venus as well, wouldn't Death Metal kind of go against that? Maybe it's the Scorpio... And Cancer Moon? Definitely goes against the stereotypes there as well, lol. Here's her chart:

It's totally the Scorpio influence. Scorpio is dark and passionate, which would totally fit a death metal artist.Personally, I don't think metal is a fire sign thing. Yes, fire signs are passionate, but they're not really pessimistic and they're almost always into the brighter side of things. On the other hand, water signs can be passionate, too, but because of their feminine quality, they are somewhat more pessimistic (unless the rest of the chart says otherwise) and are more drawn into the darker side of things. Heavy metal, mostly has Scorpio and Pluto/mars themes. So it doesn't surprise me, there is Scorpio and 8th house themes. IP: Logged |

idk if you can categorize it as specific elements or signs of who likes metal because I've seen many metal artists with different kinds of charts with many different signs thats just hard to pin down. I do believe the signs influence how you project your musicality though, whether its through metal or another genre. thats a sick song btw \m/IP: Logged |

Metal music "industry" as any other industry is quite often ruled by Water-Earth people.1)There is music made for the sake of music.
2)There is music made to be an "idol" and/or to be a money-making machine. Arch Enemy is a money-making machine, but I can't deny that she is good at what she does. If you want to know a bit more about fire signs... well, it's really easy to find them.
1. They don't need to be "idols" to feel good with themselves 2.They don't need to hide behind appearance (tattoos, bad-ass looks, make-up), looking for acceptance. A nice example of this is Mark Knopfler.
 And in the metal music, Bruce Dickinson.
 And if you analyze yourself, you'll realize that you started this topic looking for acceptance 
But you don't need any doubt in you, because:
