Where Saturn is placed shows where you need to become the authority in your own life. You won't accept authority from anyone else.You can't heal Saturn, it's about always moving forward and eventually getting rewarded for that hard work. The key with Saturn though is that you have been trained to work hard for so long that when the rewards come it's just habit to keep working that hard.
Unless you get full of yourself and then have a fall from grace. Then you gotta climb that mountain again!
So 5th House would be authority on your self expression. You'll feel stifled, like you have really gotta figure out who you are. You might do this by asking big groups (opposite, 11th) who they are and comparing Eventually you'll figure yourself out, your special talents.
2nd House would be about becoming an authority on what you value this life.
Your NN being there, I'm not sure if you would be able to fix his problem. It's about doing the work himself. I'm sure you could help him see many different things that he could value though, which might help. The opposite 8th House can help, what you have together versus what he individually values.
