As someone who reads astrology magazines, supposedly the 9th house for second marriage and the 11th house for love relationships. I'm not sure how true this is though. I haven't tried predicting second marriages.

I think the 11th is considered because it is 5th(romance) from the 7th (marriage). I'm not sure why the 9th is considered. Probably because 5th is romance, 7th is marriage, and 9th is the next kama house, but who knows.
