Describe someones partner from their 7th house and 7th house ruler? I mean I sort of think it's relative because people have multiple partners which can be really different. I never understood that concept.
is its an old concept because way back when people only had a single partner or one marriage etc. I sort of though they describe what you're like.. IP: Logged |

I'd look to the 5H (right?) for just romantic relationshipsI think 7H is supposed to just describe your potential husband/wife? I have cancer on 7H cusp - sun/mars in 7H and my ex husband was an aqua with gemini moon and asc LOL...but his moon was in 1st house conjunct asc (hence the cancer bs) and I think his mars is in pisces - so the passive agressive nature? Idk I'm rambling now...lol IP: Logged |

honestly, i dont know. My mother has taurus dsc, venus in leo in 10th. Her partners were nothing like leo and taurus. Her 5th house is in pisces and that describes her major relationships pretty well. personally, I have pluto in 7th, mars in 9th and I really rather my partner not be too plutonic. I am fine IP: Logged |

ummm I can kind of see this, because it's only in reference to established/serious partners... as opposed to casual dating. The 5th house would refer to casual dating. My exes (the serious exes) were all different people but they do have some things in common - they're all particularly intelligent and noted for their intelligence, they are from a very different background to my own, I've travelled long-distance with all of them and I always met them through either work or Uni, never in a casual setting. My DC is probably Sagittarius, ruled by Jupiter in Pisces (10th house) - so that would make sense. If my DC is Capricorn - the ruler is Saturn in Sagittarius 6th house (closely squaring my Jupiter!)... so it gets back to Sagittarius/Jupiter theme anyway.IP: Logged |

I agree with both Odette and Kerosene.. My 5th house is in Leo and it's empty.. As far as casual things or fling-like "situationships", I would prefer a Leo, Aries or Sag. I like the impulsive nature fire signs have. My 7th house is in Scorpio and I've got Pluto (in Scorpio) in it and Node (in Sagittarius) in it. I can see myself seriously settling down with a Scorpio or someone just as intense and passionate. If I'm going to spend the rest, or the majority of the rest of my life with someone.. I'm going to want the good, the bad and the ugly. The deep, intense, passionate.. Things that would make the faint hearted squeal and run. Things like that would turn me on lol. My only serious relationship was with a fellow Taurus and let me tell you, that was horrid. I was the only blindly passionate one and because it wasn't reciprocated or welcomed, it came out in ugly ways. Jealousy, possessiveness, arguments.. Anything to let out all of that pent up energy. She couldn't stand it or understand me, so, needless to say it ran its 4-6 month course (and felt like an eternity for me). It was intense, though, so I guess I was pleased on that leveling field. I agree. My 7th is Pisces and my idea of the perfect relationship is definitely Piscean. I want a dreamy consuming love. I even fell in love with a Pisces. So I think it goes both ways. It can be the kind of relationship you want/need or the kinds of people you are attracted too. It's a different kind of attraction than mars and Venus. IP: Logged |
