Venus in Aries is probably my favorite placement for venus in partners.Mars in taurus is okay too uhm in man I'm not too sure but I like this placement for women.

I attract a lot of taurus mars. They are very sweet. Really soft and calming presence. However they tend to look at you as their possession. With aries venus, that's a horrible combo. Not true....my significant other is a taurus mars and he likes to take his time for the both of us. Granted he doesn't have an aries mars but with mutual reception (venus aries/taurus mars & both in detriment (?)) there should be some give and take

How an individual "puts it down" in the bedroom , you'll have to look at the 8th house.Generally, Venus in Aries is said to be quite an abrasive placement on its own. Yes, he has a huge ego. But at the same time so sweet and smart, yes, manly and kind. And sensual! @Aries23Degrees
A huge 1st house (Venus and Mars and Sun in the 1st, but no conjunctions).
8th house contains Neptune (which squares Sun with wide orb 7dg).
7th house also huge, contains Pluto and also Moon conjunct Uranus.
His energy then is appearently concentrated on his own and just a little on the other person, right? How bad it looks objectively?
Somehow I felt really good with him emotionally, he is the sweetest man I ever met. But this ego and simple "taking" and not "giving" in some situations that makes me sad.

Taurus mars should tame him a bit and make him more calm and predictable, Libra moon seeks harmony and partnerships, so this eases his Aries ego again... How to deal with an Aries venus? What I have learnt... let them be and live your own life and dont try to control them, but share fun activities with them. Pisces also dont like control, they swim their own way. So many planets in 1st and 7th suggests a person who is "divided": Not knowing whether to focus on himself or people around him. Especially since Sun is in the 1st and Moon is in the 7th-this dilemma is highlighted exponentially. Venus and Mars in 1st makes him both sweet(Venus) and manly(Mars) as you pointed out. But in the bedroom, it is certainly Neptune that rules all things related to sexual intimacy, sex, "deep" connection etc. Neptune here is deeply romantic and expects sex to be a spiritually "merging" experience. At best, you can expect someone very sensual, tender and "involved" in sex in every aspect of the word. At worst, you can find an individual who stretches too far and has unrealistic expectations of sex.
