Ime the south node is almost always activated. Especially their mars conjunct my south node. :

When I have my Saturn in hard aspect to people's South Node or asteroid Karma they tend to be difficult relationships.

Are there any other indications? I have a saturn square south/north node with someone and hate to think of them as an enemy. I also have it in my natal though.
