I have afflicted mars in 3rd in aries. I had an older brother growing up who was competitive and would have physical fights with me. Sign on the 3rd house cusp is pisces however and I find my communication style to be much more piscean in terms of verbal communication.

I got mars, venus, uranus, neptune and saturn here. Don't ask me about, I'm still trying to decode what ALL these planets work here, all together. It's difficult to pinpoint the differences between them.

I think my 3H stellium affects how I interact with those around me, not what kind of places I find myself living in. I've lived in rural and urban, suburban and inner-city, yet no matter how the background changes I tend to get along with people about the same (which indirectly affects how things work out for me materially).

I also have Moon and Saturn in my 3rd house.
My moon is in Capricorn with Saturn in Aqua square Pluto and trine Venus. My moon trines Jupiter in the 10th. A lot of Cap energy to it it seems. I don't have a speech impediment but I could be slow with words/my speech sometimes. I also could talk really fast if I have to like at work. People can't keep up but I think it's all the Mercurial energy in my chart.
My immediate surroundings are barren. My lawn is dead and I was friends with all my neighbors as a kid but grew out of that and now I don't say a single word to any of them. My sister pretty much raised me (Saturn 3rd) and we share the same Moon sign.

Third house is empty Capricorn.

Thing is that very grey, cold and monotonous environments really affect me in a negative way. I think I should like them if they are capricorn like and that rules the third. I do equally dislike suburban sprawl though which might be to do with cancer being opposite this? Either way, third house and it's opposite do seem to have something to do with how I respond to certain immediate environments

I suppose my environments are also quite cold I.e not homely, inviting .. A stillness I don't notice in others homes. I,d rather have an empty house than things in I don't like. My heating frequently breaks or there are drafts. Can't even really describe immediate surroundings beyond that as they are all quite different so far

Edit . The one common thing is sun always shines in rooms invasively, like living in a greenhouse .. Have Saturn in leo
