I want to know if the two have the same facial /body appearance?

I see some cousin and I notice he has a big nose and his staring eyes like scorpio. Before he gave me his birthday , I assumed he's definitly a heavy scorpio load. But when I run his chart , there are " no " planets and points falling in scorpio sign.

I don't know his birth time .

So... my question is

The person who have pluto conjunct AC (any sun sign, any AC) will look similar to the people who have AC in scorpio?
