Well I read on a website that Lilith in the 4th indicates a miserable childhood, abandonment, death of a parent??

Personally, I don't agree with these "biblical" interpretations of Lilith. Lilith as Adam's first wife, the rebel, who didn't want to submit to Adam's will, is the first feminist, so to speak But of course, such an example was given as a "bad" one by medieval, biblical astrology. Lilith is very modern, an asteroid of independence, originality and true passion. Great passions are like a demon we need to face, it is true.
Apart from that, in a man's chart, Lilith is seen as the woman he craves and fears the most, the temptation, the one inspiring a passion over the edge (of course, one can see the traces of the biblical myth

Frankly, he is a little bit too young to worry about Lilith

But I'd say with Lilith in Gemini square Neptune in Pisces (1st house) he'll have a strong imagination and possibly literary talent.

So lilith in his 4th does not mean I (his mother) are going to die and he end up in foster care? I've been worried since i read this: http://plutoinvirgo.blogspot.com/search/label/4th%20House%20Lilith

heavens no.

I have lilith in the 7th and I was not murdered by my lover or anything crazy like that.

You should chill about that stuff, Lilith is where he can be empowered in it happens to be in the 4th house.

Negatvitly he may reject his heritage or the positive he may be a maverick of sorts.

I have lilith in 4th in Leo. Neither parent is dead or dying. The externalization of my raw behavior ( anger, deep pain) was seen as being the black sheep by extended family. My mom was convinced I'd go and get pregnant any minute lol. That's how it manifested for me. But lilith in 4th isn't going to mean death of parent.

Oh I had a very early start sexually stuff as a kid, but I didn't actually have sex until well after everyone else. But I wouldn't worry about that. Some of us became aware at the age of 3. What can you do? lol. My mom had her hands full with setting parental controls online.

Every caregiver I had didn't realize what was going on under her roof with me and the other kids. The abuse is not limited to what you do as the parent. It is also able to manifest as what others responsible for your child will do or what other kids will do.

Sorry. I didn't mean to raise another area of concern. Just keep an eye on it. These things don't show up when you demand answers. They have to show themselves to you. It's a subtle story. Your anxiety is not the appropriate tool. Your patient alertness is.

The best way to deal with it is to proactively equip your children to defend themselves (vocally, physically, emotionally) and being willing to listen... even when you're too tired to listen.

I hope your kid doesn't have to deal with anything like this, of course!
