Topic: Wealth in the natal chart?

I did some light reading about this and realized I have some pretty substantial placements.. Moon in the 1st (which apparently can indicate fame), MC in Capricorn, Sun in the 12th, Sag as my 8th house ruler, Fortune in Gemini in the 2nd house, Mars/Saturn conjunction, Venus opposite Jupiter, Venus quintile Neptune/Uranus, etc. Yet, I'm nowhere near rich. I'm wondering if there are more aspects to look at? I'm not just talking randomly coming into an inheritance or winning the lottery, although that would be nice. A lot of themes of what I was reading seemed that way but I would rather work for and earn my wealth. Are there signs or placements that would indicate wealth coming from hard work in your career field? Thanks  IP: Logged |

Do you have any other planets in your 2nd house? How is your 2nd house ruler (I'm guessing Mercury?) aspected?IP: Logged |

Wealth is often determined by the 11th and 2nd houses. The 8th is the house of sudden change. If it's well aspected the sudden change can be for the better (lottery winners). The 5th house is the house of luck and can also bring in wealth. IP: Logged |

Both my 5th and 8th houses are empty. Fortune is the only planet in my 2nd house, and its ruler is Gemini. It aspects no other planets. I've got Saturn in Aquarius in my 11th house, as well as Pallas in Pisces and Lilith in Aries. 11th house ruler is Aquarius. My 5th house is in Leo. IP: Logged |

What birthtime are they using for Michael Jackson? Shortly after he died I remember his mom stated on record he was born around 7:30pm. This makes him a Sun in Virgo, Pisces Asc.IP: Logged |

Michael Jordan is an Aquarius, with Cancer Asc - this places Sun in or around 9th house.Monroe's chart is showing a 10th house Sun. IP: Logged |

Ok, so what would that mean for me who has Saturn in 7th house? Also, Sagittarius is the cusp of my 11th house, Sagittarius ruler is Jupiter which, again, is in my 7th house.Also, I have a packed 8th house (6 planets - including sun, moon, mercury, pluto, venus, mars). IP: Logged |

Look to the ruler of the 5th house cusp(your passions) and 11th house cusp (your dreams and hopes) to see if it makes aspects to the 2nd, 6th or 10th house planets or rulers.This usually means that you can take your passion(5th)/dream(11th) and make it work for you. So much so, that with a little help from other natal chart positions, you'll be very wealthy. Warren Buffet has Saturn in the 1st-showing a very disciplined individual. But I think his success should be attributed to the ruler of his 5th house(Venus) in the 10th house. This is when you turn your hopes(11th)/hobby (5th) into something that gains you fame and prestige. If you read his Bio, he has been making money since he was a kid.Its a hobby that he liked doing and became disciplined in. It's not something that he had to be "motivated" to do, it's always been fun for him to make money. Bill Gates has the ruler of his 5th house (Pluto) in the 2nd house. This is a man who genuinely enjoys making money and puts all his creative endeavors into having money. And similar to Warren's 5th house ruler in 10th,Saturn in 5th in his chart also suggests a disciplined approach to his hobbies. His hobby would pretty much be his work. He also has the ruler of his 11th house(Venus) of hopes and dreams in the 5th conjunct Saturn. The sky would fall and the seas would dry up. So long as he is engrossed in his hobby(5th), he feels that his dreams/hopes and wishes (11th)are all tied into creative expression(5th). And this is what he'll probably die still doing. Having money is "9-5". Being wealthy is a lifestyle.
