... transits we've never had and will never in our life experience.

Is that a strange thought? Does it mean anything to you?
Do you think this makes older people more puzzling or interesting?

I remember reading some time ago that astrologically, people are like permanent transits... so understanding your synastry with someone (looking at the impact they have on you) - would be similar to interpreting your transits during the period of time when they were born.

Have you ever tried doing this? e.g. if you remember what was going on in your life in a particular year.. say .. '99 and you meet a person born in '99 - Is there something about their personality and general influence on you - that would remind you of the transits you had during that period of time - and the way they affected your life?

Everyone born after your birthday would have a chart that you have also experienced via transit. Everyone born prior (so everyone older than you), would have a cluster of planets/placements/aspects that would be completely new to you - and that you've never experienced.
I was just wondering how this affects the relationships we have with people who are either younger or older.

For instance, would the older person always have a better understanding of the younger person's vibe/personality - purely because they have experienced their chart by transit?

This is an intriguing thought.

So in other words if astrologically 2005 was a great year for me, having a friendship with a person born in that year will make my current year feel much better. I've never tried it, but it's an interesting thought.

I don't want to be the one that nitpicks but I personally would prefer a Moderator that has more tact when posting his or her comments.

Neither AG nor I are moderators in Astrology 2.0
But I agree that his words were tactless.

Thanks for deleting AG. I really like your sense of humour, but this particular post could have easily been taken the wrong way.

Yes, I often take this into account when buying a car.

Was that a good year for me?

It does prove correct.

Why do people accuse others of not having a sense of humor when they not laugh when rude and ignant things are being written? Grow up a bit, and don't forget that it is easy to make fun of the cost of others. That is the cheapest and lowest form.
