My s.o. got Moon in pisces opposite his Virgo mercury. Can it be more cliché? It symbolizes the perfect struggle between head and emotions, and to be honest he is very quiet most of the time. Then sometimes he gets all romantic, but if it get's a little "too" romantic, he gets a bit detached and logical again.

I can see that he has some struggles, and I know all about them cause I'm a virgo sun opposite my pisces moon! I actually have moon opposite my libra mercury too, but it's very far out though.

The only thing that can be a bit frustrating sometimes is that he gets so quiet and is not talking or saying what he is thinking about. If I ask him he says stuff like "you" or "Nothing" lol.

Do you have experiences with merc-opp-moon from a relationship?
I wan't to tell him how I feel and just talk a bit more in general so he can feel more comfortable with talking too, would that be a good idea?

Another thing: Do you think virgo mercuries are quiet in general?

All I know is that they suck at it.

Not sure trying to talk to them more is a good idea. Could be a total waste of time.

Find some good friends to talk with. Cause he's most probably not going to satisfy your need for (meaningful) conversation.

you are right…but why is it so that they don't like having deep and meaningful conversations? Haha those times I've tried talking deep s*** with him it's like talking to a door haha… he seems like he really listen and understands but he doesn't come with much inputs himself lol

I was with a moon opp. mercury man for quite a long time. it is hard for a relationship, because they just cannot express what their heart feels, it's a communication struggle and unless you have the synastry to understand it and accept it, the relationship will suffer. it was almost emotion-less at times, because he could never express with words how he felt about me, and that is what eventually I couldn't tolerate anymore. he just couldn't be expressive and say the things (most) women need to hear. he might have felt them (moon) but he couldn't say them (mercury).

I have known several virgo mercury folks and do not find them quiet at all, unless they maybe have something else in the chart making them shy. I would call them more thoughtful/philosophical thinkers, maybe that they take their time more instead of answering first

we have both sun-mercury double whammy (conjunction) and mercury-mars double whammy… I don't hope it will turn into a huge problem, cause I understand him well I think

What are you guys talking about, I communicate quite
Well. And I am a master at meaningful conversations. I do need to be in the mood though.

Truthfully the more personal things get, the more awkward it gets. I do let it out if the person is compassionate yet firm that they want to listen what I have to say. I don't usually say what I feel because I have a lifetime of experiences where it just ended up making me feel bad. So it's something I have to learn to do, where it both feels good and I have communicated well, because that's very very important to me.
