Draconic charts hint towards our purpose, destiny, what we are here to do and our journey towards self actualization, perhaps your older self..

Heliocentric hints towards our public image, our outer social persona and how we come off to others at work and socially...

Geocentric what we are born with and who we are, the issues we have to work out before we start working on our higher self and the issues and gifts we are aware of as well as those very close to us.

This is so far how I see the three types of charts.

Whitmann offers an easy way to begin to use both types of charts together: Determine whether the Earth in the heliocentric chart receives the closest aspect, or the Sun in the geocentric chart for the same person. If the Sun (geocentric) receives the closer aspect, "the person will be more ego driven than Earth driven." If the Earth (heliocentric) receives the closer aspect, "the person will emphasize more Earth ruled themes." Earth-focused people's behavior may be "wilder and less civilized," and "they may prefer life in the country or the wilderness, or dress or behave as if they do."

This technique - seeing whether the heliocentric or geocentric position of each planet is dominant (determined by which receives the closer aspect) - is carried throughout the other bodies in the horoscope. The more dominant position suggests whether that function is more directly displayed in one's public or private life. Whitmann uses all the planets and the "big four" asteroids - with especially insightful views on the asteroids."

So perhaps

-heliocentric: public self

-geocentric: private self

e.g Helio venus in aries and geo venus in leo: I am a go getter in love and I am attracted to guys that don't let me dominate them but see me as their equals (sun in scorpio with venus in libra and libra rising, or mars conjunct uranus in scorpio but with sun in libra, or mars in aries with sun square pluto and moon in aries but venus in the 12th) But deep down I wan to be swept off my feet and be the top priority (geo venus in leo) as well as their partner in crime (helio venus in aries).

Geocentric is the present incarnation and Heliocentric is the Higher self, your "stellar" self, the astral, the spirit. We look at Helio and Draco for a glance at the ideal self vs. the actual self (geocentric).
