I have AC, DC, IC & MC which ALL start in 29th degree I heard that's bad. In fact some sites say it's good, some bad so I'm confused.
There are few sites that talk about house cusps, but many about planets.

So what should having AC, DC, IC & MC at the last degree mean?

ASC, DSC, MC have no planets while I have Moon, Uranus & Neptune in 4th house (IC).
That's pretty much. I have no planets that are on 29th degree. Only those 4 cusps.

So if I have MC on 29th Gemini and since its ruler is Mercury, I have to pay attention to Mercury in the chart?

My Mercury is in Scorpio, 2nd house. Is part of stellium and is positively aspected(sextile) by Moon (no other aspects than that).

It is not that bad then.......is it?

Interesting tidbit:

In 2016 I have my 9th cyclical life year and ALL my progressed angles will be at 29 degrees Mutable. Talk about closing chapters! AND, I will also turn 40. I am almost super excited and a little bit scared..

I interpret the anaretic degrees is a "harvest" time. The planet there is very strong in the sign, it has already learned all the lesson of its sign, it's "full" with it and ready to move to the next sign. A planet there is very attracted and fascinated about incorporating the characteristics of the next sign, living experiences with it.

Having a Mutable Cross with your angles at 29 degree, a cross that is meant to move to a Cardinal position and become a Cardinal cross (which happens with pogressions, BTW) means a destiny in this life when you're "wrapping up" things, you are ready to become a leader or preparing for it, ready for a new start, transgressing the lessons of the mutable signs to "cardinal" type of action.

Definitely nothing bad about it, it is a strong, fateful position, showing that this life is pretty important in terms of spiritual evolution. Check your Draconic for more clues.

I have my sun in cancer at 29 degrees. Naturally its in the 3rd house of communications. Good times :P Do I want to know what it means? *sigh* Anyone want to switch? I want an easy natal chart!!

and my little observations prove that creative, talented people have personal planets in this degree. Maybe because the applied planet have qualities of both zodiac signs?
