From this discussion, it appears that many people with Chiron conjunct/in aspect to the ASC:

- have big forearms
- have a prominent nose
- are pretty tall
- have scars on their face or body
- may look otherworldly (?) or tired or "wounded"; distant-looking gaze (some claim it is magnetic, I don't know what that would be)
- thin/skinny body

Additionally, it seems that most people have either one or both parents who abandoned them, either physically or emotionally.

And of course the "wound" affects the appearance, leading to insecurity/low self-esteem (at least in the younger years).

Thoughts?

As for me. I have Chiron square ASC & Nodes, conjunct Moon. One of my biggest struggles in life is that I am ugly and feel ugly. All the other stuff I mentioned (that was mentioned in the discussion) also applies to me.

(Of course, Chiron points to other things as well, if it aspects planets; and the area where it is felt depends on the sign/house it's in. But generally speaking here with the ASC, that's how it should/could play out.)

Yeah true for me, about the scars thing.

Chiron oppose my asc.

Mostly I was plagued by the memories that associate with them, rather than the way they affected my physical appearance.

I'm quite short. Small body frame.

Sorry to hear that, ((muddy)).

---

The orbs are as follows:

Chiron sq ASC: 2° or 3° (depending on my exact birth time, that I don't know)

Chiron sq Nodes: 3°

Chiron conjunct Moon: 6° (it is valid)

I also have Chiron sextile Mercury at 3° and Mercury rules my ASC, Moon and South node, so it adds to the overall theme (and adds other things of course).

Chiron squares Mars at 8° - that may seem too wide but I sure as hell relate to it, too.
(Off topic though.)

Chiron sextiles my ASC by less than a degree. I have
- scars on my face and body, I like them .
- I actually have thin forearms, but I have thick upper arms, it looks like they belong to two different individuals .
- distant-looking gaze
- prominent nose

I’ve been extremely obsessed with my appearance throughout my entire life, thought it was related to Pluto in 1H. I have BDD. My parents played a massive role in it, they used to point out all of my flaws, great parents. Anyway, I’ve had easier time accepting myself as I am ever since I stopped comparing myself to others.

Chiron is also opposite my planets in Pisces.

*hugs for the ladies*

I have the square from the 10th house, Chiron being on my Midheaven to boot. It's pretty much as visible as it can be.

- My upper arms are average I guess? Got pretty long limbs, if that counts.
- Not thin or skinny - just in regular shape.
- But I am pretty tall, especially for a girl.
- Don't know about the nose... I think it's a bit thin and small?
- Otherworldly... uh. No idea. Wounded, though, yeah. It definitely shows when I'm hurt, I can't hide what I'm feeling (was unaware of this for a long time).

No scars on my face, thankfully not. Any rashes and acne would clear up well, though I credit that to taking very good care of my skin. However, scars on my body take forever to fade and I often have to use oils and stuff.

Though I have some physical health issues that used to affect the clothes I could wear, my real wound has to do with a certain body part my Chiron sign rules. Some of you know what I'm talking about. Got plastic surgery when I was old enough and had the money for it.

Aspects:
- Conj. MC: 5 degrees (Jupiter maybe through both flanking the MC)
- Opp. Moon: 2 degrees (dispositor)
- Opp. Neptune: 4 degrees
- Opp. Saturn: 5 degrees
- Trine Pluto: exact
- Sextile Mercury: 1 degree
- Quintile Venus and Juno: exact

That whole stellium it opposes also squares my Ascendant (plus Uranus).

Chiron sextile ascendant exact.

When I was 7 I got stitches on my chin. Childhood adventures. That scarred but it looks like a dimple. It is so well placed that no one notices it. The same accident resulted in a fractured jaw but the surgeon didn't notice it, so I grew up unknowingly with a fractured jaw. My left and right jaw are asymmetrical, but again no one except ME, my hairdresser and my oral surgeon noticed it. Every one else is like ahhh you're so beautiful. And they better stick to that song!

I have a great nose. I'm very happy with it.

No issues with disproportionate arms or shoulders.

As a child, I always hoped I'd end up 5"9", flat chested and work on the runway. Instead, I ended up 5'3" D cup and and clearly too short for runway. For the longest time, I thought the chest situation was a "wound" that needed to be fixed. Then I discovered boys' opinions and acclimatized myself to my new fate. It took a while though!

Scars on the body... Idk if I'd call them scars. But it makes me very self conscious.

Someone I know with chiron in 1st house has a deviated septum in his nose. It's like it was growing and then took a right turn. I find it entertaining in a good way but maybe he feels self conscious about it? I don't comment on it.

I wouldn't call him tall. he's like 5'11". He's on the thinner side.

Well the flowing aspects would naturally be less dramatic.

anonymi,

Your Pluto 1H definitely adds to it. Plus the other Chiron aspects.

Yes Doux Rêve,

I know someone who has his Chiron exactly conjunct his DSC and he is the opposite of what you described..

Rather small , dark, hairy and sturdy ( mind and body)
Maybe his self-esteem is low but he certainly does not show it ..As far as I know his childhood was not easy, rather difficult, but with very loving parents who helped him and supported him when ever he needed.

One thing is common though.
Magnetism. He does not like to look in one eyes but when he does its quite magnetic..Others, males and females find him usually scary and irresistible at the same time. He can dominate and dictate very easy and people follow him instantly ( not all but damn many) without him doing much. ..

Thought you would like to know 180 version dear.

I have big rippling fore-arms for my build...

I'm the tallest in my family - but not that tall standing at 6'1"

I have issues with my shoulders, neck, and hands in so many levels.

I had a jaw deformity which when corrected left my lower lip permanently numb.

A shaman told me my soul eye is reversed...usually the left eye is the soul eye...

My left eye floats subtly..

I'm told I'm an old soul by older people..

And I experience syncronicity at least once a day...and really strange synchronicity....

Like someone will talk about robin hood or something or I'll see a painting of a skull three times in a row...or I'll read about a myth and then see a business named after that character...like minerva...or hear a random song on pandora with the title of what i was researching..

My Chiron is sextile my asc and is opposite my sag planets.

I'm appearance obsessed too. Parents pointed out the smallest flaws. If I wasn't perfect the I was considered a disaster. I embody this unfortunate philosophy. It takes a lot of self brainwashing to get rid of it. I think dating helps me in this regard because I can see how men perceive my appearance. I try to adopt their positive perceptions of me! This usually pays off

I have the trine, and...

- have big forearms

Not really.

- have a prominent nose

Yes, it's really fat.

- are pretty tall

No, I'm actually pretty short for an American male. I'm taller than 5'7, under 5'8.

- have scars on their face or body

No.

- may look otherworldly (?) or tired or "wounded"; distant-looking gaze (some claim it is magnetic, I don't know what that would be)

Definitely.

- thin/skinny body

Average.

- Additionally, it seems that most people have either one or both parents who abandoned them, either physically or emotionally. -

I've never really felt much of an emotional connection to either of my parents.

I split my ear open as child, but I don't really have visible scars. I can relate to the BDD discussion, that is definitely a wound of mine.

I don't think that's due to Chiron opposite the ASC?

Basically I don't think that Chiron conjunct DSC people are consciously insecure, they probably project their fears onto relationship partners or suffer in relationships in some way.

It's interesting though.

I suppose the Conjunction and the Square would be the most powerful. I know for sure the square is not fun, and the conjunction seems to be pretty bad as well.

Sextiles and trines are minor in intensity (of course this can be modified by other things in the chart).

That's cool, but probably not Chiron-related. Could be Neptune natal and/or transit.

Glad (and sorry) that you can relate. They are just observations various people made about their experience with Chiron conjuncting the ASC.

chiron is trine my ascendant and sqaure my sun. i'm bony, short, a few scars, slightly bulbous nose, i daydream alot so i often look as if im somewhere else. i have been bullied quite frequently throughout my life. i have strong pluto so people just attack, i just ignore them. id say 50% of people i meet in a social setting dont like me, i'm used to it. i don't expect everyone to love me i'm ok with that. i just wish i didnt get picked on as much.
my natal asc is also conjunct my draco chiron too

Sounds true for me, I have Chiron opposite ascendant and Mercury.
Except:
I do not have a prominent nose.
I am not tall, just average.
My forearms? Not sure if they are big. I always thought the other part of my arms were more of a problem while the forearms look nice.

Since you have Moon-Chiron, too, do you feel nauseous when emotions hit you? Like literally feeling pain and feeling sick when you get emotional.

I wonder if that's part of Chiron-Moon... Moon rules the stomach and chest and that's where it always hurts with me when something hits home with me.

You don't have to be sorry, I think I got out of it pretty well… I seem to have all of the traits described, just to a minor degree, I am tall, but not that tall and I have scars, but not visible ones, and my parents are great parents but due to some things they have not been there 100% always but they couldn't help that

I'm annoyed with my upper arms though, I've been training hard but those ******** seems to be a bit fat lol. while the rest of me is skinny

I got a pretty normal nose though lol
