Which houses and planets in the main chart dictate how much a person will move in their lives?
And which transits show time of move?

The SO has a couple family members who are always, and I mean ALWAYS moving.

I was in my first house for 14 years then suddenly one big family up set after another caused me to move 6x in a matter of a few years ( moving in with my aunt/father, then just father, then grandmother, etc) before finally settling in ownership of this house for the past 7.

While the SO, hes only lived at his parents house, then this house.

I just watched a video on Gaining property.
He said
4th house & 4th lord
Mars (land and property)
Saturn (construction, if you are building a house)
Look at the planet with the 4th highest degree
7th house (ownership of land in foreign country)

Strong mutable signs.
Emphasized Jupiter, Sag and the 9th house.
Uranus/Neptune in 4th.

Aspects natally, by transit or progression.

Yes^^^
I have Sag stellium including Sun conj Jupiter and I have my chart ruler Saturn in 9th.

Let's just say I've moved quite a lot including moving countries.
I seem to be settled now for a few years so we'll see how that goes lol.

Nahhh...

I have strong mutable (6 planets), strong Jupiter (many aspects-sun, uranus, moon, mars, venus, MC, ASC), strong Sadge (3 planets), AND a strong 9th house (2 planets). I have moved twice in my life- once for college and once for grad school.

When I did move for grad school I moved out of state and away from where all of my family and friends are. I would have moved out of the country if I had the means to do so, but I'm not that motivated, to be honest.

To be fair, when I made the decision to move out of state, I believe tUranus was crossing my IC. I would think transits and possibly Uranus would have more of an influence on this than Jupiter or Sadge influences alone. Jupiter is kind of a lazy planet to be honest.

Well I have virgo rising. I've moved a lot. I actually lived in mostly one house in my childhood But moved like at least once a year since I turned 18. One year I moved four times or something. It's always been for a different reason. Different circumstances. My mercury is in Aquarius conjunct my aqua sun so I think that's where like the sudden change comes in where I have to pick up and leave again. Also I used to be in the military but I don't really count moving around with the military.
