Could just stereotype scorpios here I guess... No but seriously I've met some scorpios and their charts had a potential. Mainly sociopathic. You could say serial killers had some sort of early trauma, so an afflicted moon/4th house. Or bad relationship with the mother. I guess confused boundaries and unrealistic thinking, so maybe Neptune afflictions, they may fantasise about killing and it seems glamorous to them.

Venus in Taurus (eating) square Uranus (perversion). And of course the 8H - morbidity.I've read that the Scorpio/Taurus axis can be prominent in people who engage in cannibalism / sexual perversions and overall abusive tendencies. That's because you combine desire/lust with the need to possess (Taurus) and destroy (Scorpio).
All outer planets can be expressed in "deviant" ways; not sure how much of a role free will vs. fate plays.

From the two charts posted, I would say the first one.Saturn/Pluto in the 12H with a square to Jupiter. Sagittarius -- the most common sign in criminals if I remember well. Mars/Moon conjunct opposite Uranus.
