So basically, I have a hard time studying or getting things done unless it's interesting or I'm passionate about it.

I keep thinking it's my horrid Neptune aspects because Neptune makes you escape responsibilities a lot.

I have Sun Square Neptune, Moon Square Neptune and Neptune Conjunct Ascendant. So perhaps I'm very dreamy or whatever.

Then I also think it's because of my Libra placements, Libra is typically a lazy sign.
I have 5 placements in Libra: Sun, Moon, Mercury, NN & Chiron.

But, I'm a Capricorn Rising with Pluto in the 10th house and I'm lazy??? Pshhhh.. what's this about?

libra moon ♎
Triple Libran, 9th house Stellium in Libra :D

Why should you do things you don't like? Maybe you just feel what is good for you?

Yeah, I don't think it's uncommon to not do something that doesn't interest you. Maybe it'd be more of a discipline issue? Not doing something that you genuinely don't find interesting wouldn't be lazy.. It takes discipline to do that which bores you or doesn't intrigue you.

I don't have a choice, if I don't study for a test in a class I hate, I'm going to fail the class and not graduate. So that's why I do things I don't like. You don't have a choice, unless you don't want to be successful.

I'm sounding like a Capricorn Rising right now lol

Yeah and Capricorn Risings generally have discipline lol, where's mine? It's probably my Neptune aspects eating me alive like I said.

Heavy/prominent Venus is prone to laziness.

You just have to sit down, grind your teeth and get to it. Adopt good study habits. Ie. set a time-goal on how many hours you have to study a week. Then only count full hours of effective work (no 15 minute breaks or lunches etc) in your diary. If you slack off early in the week, it means you will have to suck it up over the weekend.

Set limited goals. They will pool eventually.

I mean, my Venus doesn't really do much. It trines my Jupiter at the EXACT degree. And it sextiles my Midheaven.

What is Mars doing?

Barbiegirl19 (we're together but she doesn't come on much)

She has four Libra placements (sun, moon, mercury, and asc)
Cancer Mars and Scorpio Venus, first house (they trine)
She's not lazy. I mean anyone can be but she loves her home and definitely takes care of it! She's quite "anal" about it, which I don't mind, having Virgo placements.

That's what makes me wonder about Mars... Mars action.
Maybe you want to study, know you should, but will you?

I'm not an expert though, I'll say that.

Neptune could do that some, but I think there's more to it.

Isn't Venus-Jupiter the ultimate "lazy" aspect? Jupiter expands Venusian traits right?

Venus quincunx Jupiter is the tightest aspect in my chart and I won't lie, I like things to come easily to me despite being a Capricorn with heavy Saturn.

Study? Nah, I'd rather laze around and listen to music (and wait until the last minute to do assignments.)

From what i have seen venus/jupiter has to do more with forgiveness and compassion.

Venus has to due with how you act in love.

Any EXACT aspects are super important! That would make it the strongest aspect in your chart.

Is it EXACT approaching??

Also yes I think neptune definitely plays a role, I too have sun and moon square neptune and neptune trines my venus and mars and opposes my sun/moon midpoint.

If I didn't have a tsquare involving the cardinal houses and Sun in virgo....I would maybe be a bum. I study and go to work and do what I got to do bc of that tsquare as I am prone to laziness....it gives me that push and that need to contribute in some way even though I am prone to laziness.

I love jupiter, but it is really a lazy planet…I'm a god damn VIRGO sun with a stellium in 6th house and 3 planets in capricorn, but I'm lazy too! I have jupiter trine venus and jupiter square mercury. These are lazy aspect. And I have mercury in libra too…intellectually lazy!
I think libras and taurus are lazy in general, and a strong venus is too…. but even these smaller aspects is enough to make you lazy. I always hoped for my 6th house stellium to wake up a little, I mean 6th housers are supposed to be workaholics right???
But jupiter is what makes me lazy….

The irony. I too point the finger at Neptune. Sitting right in my 10H, with my Mars/Saturn tightly conjunct in 12H

I had certain aims as a young adult, but once my career aspirations didn't materialize that's when I floated into my Neptune clouds and I've yet to come down. I have NO clue what I want to do anymore nor do I apply myself in getting my feet moving towards something! Not yet at least. And yes, structured education has always turned me off. I only flow with subjects I'm passionate about.

Like others have said, it's the Libra, Venus/Jupiter and Neptune.

Also, the fact that your Libra placements are in the 9th house means that you are "Libran" (= possibly lazy) when it comes to 9H stuff - higher education.

Wow! We are like the same person lol I have Mercury in Libra squaring Jupiter as well, along with Venus trine Jupiter as I stated above.

Yup, that is probably the reason why you are lazy then! I hope you have some active saturn energy or some good mars aspects...? But maybe we are just in general better at doing physical jobs, that doesn't need so much mental thinking lol? Isn't it just sad....

In related news, Neptune is the procrastinator, Jupiter the enabler.
