Reaching out to the introverts here  Rather be home as much as possible. Might even cringe at having to grab a pair of shoes to exit! Your friends/family have to plead with you to get out and get involved!
-Name some aspects
-Dominate elements
-Aspects to houses
-House rulers etc.

My 4th house is Sagittarius and it's Lord is sitting in the 7th house.
Saturn sits in my 4th
Saturn is Lord of my 5th and 6th house.
Sun and mercury are in my 5th
Moon in the 8thIm becoming more and more of a homebound introvert.
Im honestly getting to the point where I don't care to go on vacation.
Meeting new people isn't fun and exciting. Inside my head is fun and exciting

With ruler of your 4th house in the 7th, you should be feeling "at home" around people(7th) and social relations. Maybe you have progressed Moon in 4th? I have Jupiter crossing the IC now and conjunct the IC ruler(Moon). I feel very restless,unhappy and claustrophobic. I thought Jupiter was supposed to have a "feel good" effect? I have a scorpio ascendant w Pluto in the 1st square my sun in 4th.Saturn & sun conjunct in my 4th house. Cancer mars in 9th and I stay home because of really bad anxiety. I want to get out but my nerves get the best of me. Its gotten so bad sometimes I don't leave for weeks! Most people my age are out partying and having fun so it kinda sucks to be this way. I've been dealing with social anxiety since highschool and it has only gotten worse. Idk I just feel awkward around people even family. IP: Logged |

Lots going on in eighth and twelfth houses with only Venus angular in tenth. It's my chart ruler. I like being at home more than going out. IP: Logged |

I'm one.Even though my Moon(0 degrees) is in Sag, and other 3 planets, they all are in 4th house. The biggest indication, I think, is my Sun 12th (also Venus).
Also, 12th House Ruler is my Sun 
Sun trines Neptune and sextiles Pluto. Moon is conjunct Scorpio IC, Uranus and Jupiter. I love socializing, going to parties, but I get exhausted very quickly. When we have a house party, I tend to go to my room to "recharge" my batteries every house or so IP: Logged |

I'm a homebody, or I like spending time at home anyway. I like being around people too but I prefer to socialize with small groups. I don't know that I would call myself an introvert, I'm more of an ambivert. But I definitely find spending time at home by myself to be very relaxing and even necessary to my well-being.I have my Leo Moon in my 4th conj. my IC as well as my Leo Venus in the 4th. My Sun (4th HR) is in Cancer in my 3rd. IP: Logged |

My best buddy also has this issue. He takes medication to help him cope and it used to baffle me a lot. He has Neptune in 1st house, Sun/Moon/Mercury/Mars in 3rd and Jupiter/Saturn/Pluto in 11th. I've read somewhere that stelliums can sometimes create a problem as the energy of a stellium is "overwhelming" for the house that it is in. So the individual needs to get out of the house the stellium is in and go to opposing house. I see the Neptune in 1st being the culprit, in his case, as well as maybe Pluto and Saturn conjunct Jupiter in the 11th house. Both Pluto and Saturn bring "heaviness" to the houses that they are in. What does your chart look like?

I'm a homebody in relationships, but I'm no introvert. Even dating M, if we wanted to see each other because of the schedule, but our close proximity to each other's work, we'd go get lunch and rent a room instead of eating at a restaurant. We liked to stay in and be alone. Even at restaurants, we picked a seat in the dark corner away from everyone else. We took a walk near the train tracks. We both like the lights dim. I have blackout curtains. He came to my house for a dinner date and the electricity went out His nickname for that one is Beyoncé I have a projector. No TV. NO cable. Not only do I not wanna be out there, I don't want too much "out there" in here 4th house empty, but ruler Mercury conj IC in Virgo AND sextile 7th house ruler. Our composite Sun is in 12th Taurus (also my natal 12 house cusp) His 9th and 10th houses' ruler Saturn in 4th with IC conj my Sun 3° ------------------

hmmm, maybe find things you can do to reduce your nervousness. Maybe exercise, certain vitamins and herbs, meditation, etc. I'm looking into natural ways to keep my nerves calm since I plan to quit smoking. best of luck. IP: Logged |

This is me also. Cancer Ascendant, Sun in Pisces, Moon in Cap. Water is my dominant element.4th House in Virgo is empty. 4th House ruler, Mercury is in 10th in Aries.Mercury squares my Ascendant, Neptune Opposes my Ascendant. Mars in Sag squares my Pisces Sun. My 4th house ruler (Mercury) squares my Ascendant and Neptune. I have always been an introverted person though I think it has become more-so. I have social anxiety as well, pretty bad at points. I exercise, eat very healthy, try to lead a good lifestyle but have consistent anxiety. Have tried a number of things over the years, best thing I did was diet/exercise over any sort of medication or therapy to be honest. IP: Logged |
