For example: One person is a great writer but there are no aspects and no placements in his chart who prove his writing talent.

Was this simple enough?

I'm not sure that's possible...something must be there.
Astrology is supposed to see everything everywhere

I thought you would share one of your extensive experiences

My friend has sun in virgo conjunct MC. Neither sun makes any major aspects nor does her MC. She is great in sciences. No further aspects could prove this.

Astrology might show drive more than talent. I've seen some pretty crummy writers with great writing aspects. They are motivated to do the work, but whether that work is any good or not, who knows?

Are you sure she has neither Mercury nor Sun involved with Saturn or Uranus? Or 3rd/9th house?

Want to see her chart? Her sun is still in the 9th house but very near the MC, would say it counts like 10th hosue. Saturn makes a wide semi-sextile with the sun, uranus semi-squares the sun. Do you think that's sufficient

I can be very disciplined if I want to but my mars square saturn and uranus would suggest I am not. No further strong saturn placements.
