I know some people who just want to help and save everyone they possibly can.. What would create this? Possibly heavy Aquarian/Uranian aspects because of the "humanitarian" stereotype?

I have Saturn in 12H. 12H ruler in 2nd. I feel it's my duty to be there for anyone who's in need, even at the expense of my own needs. I defend this with vigor, and I get highly ****** when someone tries to dissuade my spirit from giving of myself [even though 9x out of 10 they're right in most cases] towards helping others. Loose attachment to money and the need to hold on to it but instead constantly giving, down to my last.

In hindsight I've thought about how I'm always running towards trying to fix things, but honestly I barely regret it and it's been my time, money and resources.

Harsh Neptune aspects to luminaries. We want to help people but feel sad when they won't listen and can be discouraged and give up.
This is part of the infamous Neptunian disillusionment cycle.
