Has anyone here tried looking at the midpoints of their harsh aspects? And if so, did they help you in working on these problems?

Midpoints still kind of confuse me at times - especially where they fall. Some have a planet on them, which helps, but the ones that don't are just hard for me to get a grasp on.

So please go ahead and give me some examples from your chart. Or just use this to take another look at your midpoints. If aspects to the midpoints helped, I'd love to know too.

I've looked at some MPs.
Most of them fall in Cap or Libra (when it comes to harsh aspects).

I think I totally need to work on Capricorn/Saturn energy more. Growing up, taking responsibility, going out into the world.

As for the Libran energy. It's obvious. It's all about balance. Finding the middle, avoiding extremes.

My Moon/Saturn MP = Mars/Pluto MP.

The meaning of this eludes me at the moment.

I guess emotions, and their expression or repression, leads to either anger or aggressiveness (the negative expression of the energies).

The positive could be... taking action, defending, and fighting (Mars, Pluto) for my own emotional safety and well-being, or for other people I care for, or defending a cause that's important to me and that I want to commit to (Moon, Saturn).
