Dominated by either the planets or the signs of the planets that aspect it or just other personal planets. I mean the expression of the Moon's sign.

Short answer: yes.

Why? Because the Moon is one of the most receptive planets. It's therefore very easily modified both by aspects and house placement.

of course it's possible. if the moon is in a challenging house position or in opposition to other personal planets (ie because of a stellium) the other planets would be more powerful against poor, emotional moon...

From my experience and chart is yes: I do have a capy stellium in first involving moon, neptune and uranus...but moon is like..oh, I am so hurt, not in the mood for anything..and neptune comes in...my imagination drives away and it feels less...uranus gives a crap..and even more, let's say I have to do a difficult project, "not in the mood to" is a sentence that makes saturn laugh...In the chart I am saturn plus moon dominant, but, I am sat dpminant. My moon is powerless even on my descendant..there is the cancer cusp but I've never been into them or them into me.

No, of course not. A stellium is made of at least 3 planets conjunct each other (sometimes people refer to a "stellium" in a sign or house, if 3 or more planets are in the same sign or house without necessarily being conjunct, but it's a bit of a tangent).

I personally feel that the expression of the moon can be altered by other planets, but not dominated by other planets.

I say this because the moon, although receptive in nature, is very strong to begin with. It's one if our major 3 focuses in the chart and holds very much power coming from our past, our unconscious. Just because it represents what is hidden does not make it less powerful than other planets.

If the true nature of the moon in our charts is discovered it can dominate all other planets and aspects, IMHO.

Yes, I think the Moon is too soft and gentle to protest other planets taking over, it can only reflect back. That is why so many people are at war with themselves on the inside, especially if the Moon is heavily aspected. Also Moon in 12th is like a slave, it's locked down and can only deal with the onslaught the best it can.

I don't really understand your question. I mean all planets change a bit when they are conjunct another planet. However the moon is the most important planet so any changes to it will be the most noticeable in a person's life.
