What in their synastry or natals could show why twinflames tend to share similar (physical) characteristics?

I was thinking maybe Asc/Asc ruler conjunctions or mirroring of the Asc's/Asc rulers?

Though if we're talking about similar physical features then wouldn't the Asc's be more emphasized somehow?
Or maybe even the 2nd house/its ruler as the 2nd house relates to the physical body (Taurus house)?
Well, according to Vedic astrology it does lol.

I know lol. I've been looking at so many charts of couples I know who look alike (all being TF couples), and not all of them have Asc-Asc connections. :S

But the siamese and lock-key aspects were certainly present in the all their charts.

Chartrulers are URA and MER.

URA: 11H / 14º SAG / 26º TAU (dwad)
MER: 3H / 14º SCO / 20º ARI (dwad)

ASC:

00º AQU / 11º AQU (dwad)
10º VIR / 08º CAP (dwad)

Interestingly:

His URA is conjunct his MER, 1º, but not parallel.
My MER is conjunct my URA, 9º, but parallel 0º30. Hm.

VEN PLL ASC
VEN conjunct ASC (2º)

ASC PLL MER ...

My mother noticed that, as kids, we looked like actual twins. Then, through adolescence, we both began resembling more of our native heritages, so to speak. Now, as we've cleared our 20s, we look as if we're related again.

It's pretty freaky.

We've always had the same eye colour. My father's turned the colour of my mother's shortly after they met. Now they're almost exactly the same shade of green - just a little more golden.

Mine never changed, though, genetically, they should've. I ... think we know why now.

He was 6'3". But my Guardian swears that there isn't any way he's 6'3", and he must've mis-measured. THAT I found strange. He has no spinal issues. Nonetheless, he said he'd put him at 6'1". (I'm 5'3". I grew a little, though, to 5'3.75". I know, I know. But every little bit counts when you're so petite!)

I'm hairier now. :: sigh :: He really could've kept that part to himself. Just on my arms, though, which is where it tends to be on him, too. Not my chest, thank God; he can keep that, too!

He developed my skin condition in 2012, after we met. ... Whoops. He treated it, and now it only comes up during times of major stress. I'm treating mine now, too. It's MUCH better.

We have the same smile, including the same weird way we smile. Hard to describe, but it's quirky.

Mannerisms. Same.

Leo Moms.

Oh, we both love professional wear. No idea why. But we'll opt for the business suit at the drop of a hat.

Nearsighted. He refuses to wear glasses. :eyeroll: When he does, they're the same style as my frames.

He's got a mild case of Irlen syndrome, too. Mine was pretty severe. That's why I wear Irlen filtres, which look like shades. ( ' ... I wear my sunglasses at night; I wear my -- ' oh, sorry.)
