I used to play Runescape. I haven't played all those other fancy MMORPG's like WOW or Maplestory before, because they cost too much money and look too fancy!

I played Runescape in 2006 when alot of my classmates and friends played it, and played it on and off until 2011, I used to love it; it was so fun! But i can't think how much time I spent playing it haha! I would like to play it again someday but I think to myself, it may just be a waste of time and money lol. Whatever floats your boat.

I have similar aspects to you, Sag! (if you remember):

Saturn wanted me to work hard at it, so I did, (i'm a decent player lol); Pluto created an obsession lol, but I was uncontrollable at first, now it's controlled.

Venus in Aries - 6th house - Maybe relates to the type of MMORPG? It was medieval; training skills and fighting?

Pisces on the 5th - maybe is the fantasy part of it??

Scorpio ASC - wanted to be the best, maybe the obsession with the game arises from here??

Venus in Aries could be a part of it, I can see that, because it's about battles and competing against each other.

I think for me it was mainly my moon and Uranus energy, I just loved the team play aspect of the game, having to help others in order to help yourself succeed, it was like a second society and my 3rd house energy I just need to communicate things and that game provided me with a lot of that, because there was so much going on.

Pisces on the 5th I'm abit of an escapist when it comes to fun and pleasure, and that game was like drugs to me haha, so addictive.

I quit the game, they made so many changes that the community broke down and it's no longer about helping each other anymore.

I agree!!

Maybe your lunar energy needed somewhere to escape too, and MMORPG's where the perfect place to go! You could almost have your own society as opposed to real life society.

I have :

a) Pluto in 1H - I think I used this placement to full extent when I was playing DotA. Random dudes whom I met online only used to obey me .

b) Pisces stellium - I used to play heroes that usually had an escape mechanism. Pisces trait, eh ? I was hard to catch, like a Pisces. And I played using my intuition most of the time, I rarely calculated HPs and manas . And yeah, DotA was a great means of escape from reality for this Pisces.
