Ruler of his MC and 11th house is Uranus which conjunct very tightly his mars, asteroid angel, and DC and all square his venus. His Saturn in libra conjunct his Jupiter and Juno and all three conjunct my sun.

His NN conjunct my Venus by 4 minutes and his own Venus by 6 minutes.

My vertex conjuncts his NN by 5 minutes and my Eros conjunct his IC by one minute and my angel conjunct his IC exact. My Venus in leo 23 and mars in leo 24 conjunct tightly his intercepted planets in aqua at 26.

I know 0 degrees is meaningful

I know 26 degrees is meaningful

I know Leo at 19, 23 and 24 degrees are meaningful.

It's obvious I just described the karma he has and that I play a role in it but I am concerned that is inescapable and his hopes and dreams to make a living from something he built, created or designed or his dream to built a home will not actualize. I just need one dream to actualize for him...

Is he doomed or will something give and fall through??
