Where does one look to find their customer base in astrology?

I guess this comes in two forms

Who is your customer base and where are you best going to advertise to them?
(ie: online networking, in person networking, partnership networking)

I was thinking 11th too because it's networking.
So how do you see them?

I have cancer 11th house, moon is it's Lord.
Moon is in my 8th house.
Do I somehow pick them from there?
