i have 3. i have jupiter in the 10th right on the 11th house cusp. i have saturn directly on my ic, which means in 3rd house, on 4th house cusp. and i also have chiron smack dab on my mc, in 9th house but 10th house cusp. often when i read interpretations for them, i'm so torn between which one to read. do any of you have planets on a house cusp? if so, how do you interpret them? also i heard that jupiter in the 11th house is considered very lucky. while i don't have that much luck in general, i do have luck when it comes to close to death experiences (if anyone has read my "brushes with death" post on here, then you know what im talking about.)IP: Logged |

You could probably just read for both, especially if you relate to both descriptions. Jupiter in H11 could just mean having many friends or enjoying to expand your social circle. Or even your friends being Sagittarian. Of a different culture or background travelling a lot very adventurous or religious Friends being your teachers. And hello, I think I have the same thing with my Chiron and Neptune. I count them as in H10 and 4, though, that description fits me best. Then Mars and Mercury flank one part of my 12th house cusp. Mercury in 12 I totally feel, I don't doubt its place, but Mars... I do have a lot of problems with sticking up for myself, bottling up anger, feeling like my actions are unseen. So maybe. But then I do relate a lot to having my 7th house ruler in H11. Lol this is hard! IP: Logged |

I always think of it as expressing on the dark side of the house...and the light side of the house for the other. So neptune between the 7th/8th would read 7th - wears rose colored glasses 8th - inspired and idealistic about sharing resources/ refined senses regarding resources/ sex death and transformation. yeah this is hard.. there's so many different ways to read things and interpret them hahah. its funny you said that my friends could be sags. i don't really have any sag friends, but i get along extremely well with sags.. and my boyfriend has a sag moon :PAlexDern, i like that! that's a good way to look at it.. just like my jupiter.. its on the 11th house cusp, and like i said im not lucky overall but when i NEED the luck such as life or death, that luck is definitely there. im reading planets in houses now so i can get a feel for the way you interpreted in. I like this way because I've always been bad with selecting equal partners but I've always been good with being honest about resources, writing poetry, and being inspired to transform...so all the positives of the 8th house manifested...but mostly the negatives in the 7th because my limited experience thus far has been less than stellar...The solution for me is patience and waiting to come together with another like to rivers as opposed to being a river and merging with a pond...which is what's been going on because I'm mature and don't drink...I'm ahead of my age group. The House Cusp is the most sensitive part of the House, so you would think of it as in that House, but you would take the other into account as well, for it will come out through both areas.Mostly the House with the Cusp, though. IP: Logged |
