both are very focused on relationships, very charming i believe, both have this look in their eyes but maybe libra is a more adoring look lol...hm idk im really stumped with her. the only thing that seperates me from thinking shes not a scorp moon is that she blinks a lot haha.

Moon in scorpio are secretive and suspicious; they like secrets, they let you close up to a certain point and keep a lot of things about themselves to themselves bc they need to feel in control. You have to wonder a lot more with them and find yourself trying to figure them out and you can never get tooo close, they set their boundaries which limits how much a relationship can grow. They hide things and dont let anyone in all the way...You will figure this out; there is a limit to how close you can get....maybe they are scared of how intense they can feel.

Moon in libra is more open, less complicated.

It's not as simple as, "Scorpio Moons are intense/secretive" and, "Libra Moons are light-hearted/social".

There's much more to it than that.

Reason I say that, is because I've known Scorpio Moons who look, and *feel* nothing like a "typical" Scorpio Moon. It totally depends on where the Moon is located in the chart, and on the aspects it makes.

A Scorpio Moon in the 1st house, trine Venus, will be much less likely to appear Scorpionic. In fact, it most probably will appear very Venusian or even Cancerian.

If the Libra Moon is in the 8H, in aspect to Saturn, Mars or Pluto, for example, it will probably not be a light-hearted or social Moon. In fact, it could very well "behave" in a much darker, "Scorpionic" way.

Most Scorpio Moons can be very mean (or at least evil at times).

Here's an example comparison between Libra/Scorpio moon teachers I've observed:

I've had several teachers that were Scorpio moons, and I struggled in each of their classes because of the way they grade.

Scorpio Moon teachers are the type to walk in the classroom and ask one individual if they did their homework (that they originally weren't going to collect), if the person replies with NO, they'd say something like: Okay everyone! Pass up your homework assignment now, and I'm weighing it five grades.

Libra Moon teachers are completely chill, and they are the types to not give much homework. They can be very lazy though (being behind with grading papers etc.), but other than that, they make it easy to pass their class.

It's not that easy with the Scorpio Moon teachers I've had, but their intentions are good because they want to make sure you're actually learning.

I think the Libra lunars who have their Moon placed in Libra between the degrees of 21-29 are a bit similar more to Scorpio Moons in a way.

Also, there are other things in the chart that can mitigate the effects of the Moon. The ASC, Sun, Mercury, IC... You'd have to look at the different possibilities, here, and decide which fits best.
