Cancer Saturn in 11th.

Don't Look Me Up, by The Gooch Palms.

The video is worth it, even if you don't like simple, Ramones-influenced music.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xFT4KQKZHvM

"Don't look me up
Don't come around
When I hear you knockin' on my door
I hit the ground

When the sun is shining through the door
I hope that no one comes around at all
When the sun is shining through the door
I'll be sitting here
Hoping no one calls

(chorus)

I like the light
I like the breeze
I also like when no one sees
Just havin' a wonderful day
Hoping no one calls"

Pluto in 3rd, and 8th house Sun probably also contribute to this general attitude.

@Electro - Love your Mercury/Neptune song...well it has the Saturn/Uranus feel of Aquarius, too.

@Violets - LOL @ "Don't Look Me Up" video...and I can see how it fits your Saturn.

Glad you like VF

I do have the trine myself, but the second i heard this song i just knew Devin (the singer) had some serious Pluto-Venus going on. And yes he has the square

Lyrics:

MARCH!!!
LOVE... is a way of feeling
LOVE is a way of feeling less alone
So what's all the fuss about?!?

"F**K IT"

LOVE: the paradox of needing
OH LOVE,
MAKE WAY FOR BREEDING

GIVE IT TO ME! GIVE IT TO ME!
F**K YOU AND YOUR TALK OF LOVE!
I know what I stand for; I STAND FOR ME!!!

I'll wait for the night to come
So far, suicide at home
For I'm not the man you know
This love it's about control

OH WHAT A FEELING!!!!!
OH WHAT A FEEDING!!!!!
Know the chosen ones ARE HERE!
ALL HAIL!!! ...****
ALL IN THE NAME OF LOVE
ALL IN THE NAME OF LOVE
ALL IN THE NAME OF LOVE

Was about to post SYL, it goes with any Pluto aspect really, but someone beat me to it, and 2 fricken years ago! Lol, anyways, here's my SYL song for Moon-Pluto opposition (1st-7th house, intercepted, really heavy s**t) https://youtu.be/BW9WUCJSK1E

Warning: People, don't listen to it through headphones, keep a low volume! :-D

P.S. Glad to see another Devin Townsend fan on LindaLand, Devin is God, loads of talent and a whole lot of crazy & I'm glad he is interested in Astrology as well :-)...And that Venus-Mars (both planets out of bounds) conjunction, square Pluto, man, you can really hear it in his music...

Pisces Sun square Neptune

Get Me Away From Here, I'm Dying
by Belle and Sebastian

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-aB4wtWiYI

"Get me away from here I'm dying
Play me a song to set me free
Nobody writes them like they used to
So it may as well be me

Here on my own now after hours
Here on my own now on a bus
Think of it this way
You could either be successful or be us

With our winning smiles, and us
With our catchy tunes, and us
Now we're photogenic
You know, we don't stand a chance

Oh, I'll settle down with some old story
About a boy who's just like me
Thought there was love in everything and everyone
You're so naive!

They always reach a sorry ending
They always get it in the end
Still it was worth it as I turned the pages solemnly, and then

With a winning smile, the boy
With naivety succeeds

At the final moment, I cried
I always cry at endings

Oh, that wasn't what I meant to say at all
From where I'm sitting, rain
Washing against the lonely tenement
Has set my mind to wander

Into the windows of my lovers
They never know unless I write
'This is no declaration, I just thought I'd let you know goodbye'

Said the hero in the story
'It is mightier than swords
I could kill you sure
But I could only make you cry with these words'"

Not so much my own aspect, but this sums up what it was like when Pluto transited my Sag stellium, which is sextile to my natal Pluto:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Scz_rMiKUM

Put on your war paint

You are a brick tied to me that's dragging me down
Strike a match and I'll burn you to the ground
We are the jack-o-lanterns in July setting fire to the sky
Here, here comes this rising tide, so come on

Put on your war paint

Cross walks and crossed hearts and hope-to-dies
Silver clouds with grey linings

So we can take the world back from a heart attack
One maniac at a time we will take it back
You know time crawls on when you're waiting for the song to start
So dance alone to the beat of your heart

Hey young blood, doesn't it feel like our time is running out?
I'm gonna change you like a remix
Then I'll raise you like a phoenix
Wearing our vintage misery
No, I think it looked a little better on me
I'm gonna change you like a remix
Then I'll raise you like a phoenix...

x

It's not just the lyrics, but the music and images capture a lot of it, even if in a metaphorical way.

My friend (born 3 days later) didn't survive it, and I almost didn't. I was just wondering what she'd be like today if she had. It's possible that as a Scorpio sun and Cap moon (the only difference from my chart, save ASC, which I don't know) that she'd have been an amazing healer (and one that couldn't be taken advantage of by those seeking an enabler rather than a healer).

Reminds me of my Sun/Mercury/Venus trine Neptune. I could also see this fitting for Pisces Moon or Venus.

https://youtu.be/YykjpeuMNEk

Oh, angel sent from up above
You know you make my world light up
When I was down, when I was hurt
You came to lift me up
Life is a drink and love's a drug
Oh now I think I must be miles up
When I was a river dried up
You came to rain a flood

And said drink from me, drink from me
When I was so thirsty
Pour on a symphony
Now I just can't get enough
Put your wings on me, wings on me
When I was so heavy
Soaring on symphony
When I'm low, low, low, low

When my Leo DSC & Moon-Mars conjunction encounter a 'match' (usually an Aries or Aries Moon):

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p9LDnPyY9zA

I'll put your poison in my veins
They say the best love is insane, yeah
I'll light your fire till my last day
I'll let your fields burn around me, around me

If that's what you wanted
If that's what you wanted
If that's what you wanted
If that's what you wanted

I'll run now, 'cause this time
Oh, my love is true
Tell me, something I wouldn't do

If that's what you wanted
If that's what you wanted
If that's what you wanted
If that's what you wanted

Me too, I wanted to put a song by "Banks" here but it had the F-word. Ah, to heck with it, its super good and describes Aries to a T: "F**k with Myself" by Banks, everyone!

Thanks for asking, wish I had a good answer!

I actually have a really pitifully small musical library in my head, that's why I listen to the music on these threads, to educate myself. Picked up some new favorites that way.

I'll listen to just about anything except bad country, heavy metal/scary music, or ambient "spiritual" music, which gets on my Gemini Mars nerves. Oh and I don't like classic rock, except Pink Floyd.

I like a lot of alternative music from the 90's still. Like here's my Pisces moon square Neptune and Mars:

Cocteau Twins - Tishbite

The song makes sense for about three seconds: "I'm at a loss, don't know what to do...."

Then the lyrics make no sense after that, it's like sad gibberish and whining.

Yup, that's my t-square alright. LOL

HAHA! Oh, the 90's were THE BEST. I so appreciate the lack of synthesized vocals and not as much techno-disco beat style of music back then.

I'm listening to Tishbite right now, it's not bad. Quirky and reminds me of something they'd use as a K-pop drama intro.

Funny coincidence, Faith.

The little guy had the hiccups today, and I had Sugar Hiccup by Cocteau Twins in my head for a bit.

Dreamy Moon square Neptune music.
