I will elaborate using recent findings:

Strong PALLAS is sufficient for any human being to develop excellent problem solving skills. Neptune rules our spiritual side and so any aspect of Neptune to Pallas triggers problem solving using Spiritual Power OR Solving problems in our spiritual life.
A square would stress us into this action, a trine or sextile would easily give us solutions. A conjunction would intensify our desire for spiritual solutions. The House of Neptune and Pallas explains further dynamics. Neptune in 3rd rules Data Collection on Spiritual Subjects. Pallas in 7th is aggressive problem solving in relationships. Neptune square Pallas in this case would allow the person to overcome difficult situations in relationships by collecting enough data to aggressively solve the problem. It can be psychological data or Occult Data as Neptune also rules Psychology.

The Moon brings the subconscious Mind and emotions to the mix.
