I know Bill is a Leo with a Taurus Moon.

Besides being a woman, she's smart as a whip.
She was instrumental in putting together Welfare Reform.
She's paid her dues, been the subject of many snide remarks about her looks, clothes, ankles, Monica Lewinski etc.

I'd like to see her get the chance to be our first woman President.

I should have been more clear.
With pharmaceutical, one could argue that to be because of the money. They make boatloads of money so they don't want bans on that! Americans are suckers for finding a drug to cure/treat any problem you have.
They have a shot or a pill for every stupid thing. I watch court shows on TV and I always see ads for drugs, then later an ad for a law firm saying if you or a family member had taken such and such and experienced blah blah or know someone who died from this... Contact 1-800-xxx-xxxx. Yet people still buy all this crap. It makes money and lots of it!

Just my personal point of view

I had in mind though like...
Honda made an off road buggy. It had a locked differential. So in very tight, fast turns it could potentially cause it to roll where open diff models wouldn't. The locked differential offered superior grip though.
So honda, knowing how complaining and sue happy Americans are decided it was just easier not to sell it in America rather than throw in an open diff.
I think it's happened with things like strollers for kids and just various products.

The US is all about regulations and more regulations and this is in general..
