Capricorn and Aries I would think

My sun is 5th house Capricorn and I have aries moon
I'm not a big coo-er
I'm more into teaching my kids to suck it and move along. I do show affection, but I don't baby then by any means

haha...i never thought i'd have children. babies scared me, like strange little aliens and i really disliked it if my mother forced me to hold one...hahaha.

then i had my own. and i totally melted. i cooed and cawed and was thoroughly surprized with myself. now he's bigger and i still have lovey dovey moments, but really i like to play the you gotta suck it up and be strong card. and now i love my friends babies. they almost make me want to have another, but then i remember labor and i will NEVER do that again.

I only like genuine expressions of emotion. If cooing happens naturally out of real affection, then I find it sweet. If it seems false to me - then I would have a problem with it. But that's because I don't like falsity, in general...

I'm Aries with Cap Moon and Mars - I know these signs were mentioned above, but I don't think they fit here. I would say air signs, mainly Aquarius - because they have the inclination to be emotionally removed ... so either they wouldn't genuinely coo (and hence wouldn't like others doing it)- or, if they did - it would seem false and acted out.
I'm thinking Aquarius Moon and/or Mercury...

Don't know, I get annoyed with any gibberish, I chalk it up to my "geriatric" Gemini Moon and Moon/Mercury conjunction, I hate weird noises anyways. I rather read a baby a story or talk to it in normal speech than say useless stuff...I also have Virgo on my 3rd, words are my life.

I already like you If I wanted a kid I'd rather teach them how to speak normally and correctly and build their vocabulary from the very beginning.

however I don't like those sounds either & as I hate high-pitched or fake-overly-cute-girlish pitch, as hell!

moon in capricorn * puts on the serious face: my kids won't be spoiled brats
gemini in 5th- I will play with them and be a fun mom.
