Good and bad i guess. Pretty good lately.Jupiter, pluto, and saturn in the 4th. Or maybe its my PMS. I go from being the black sheep one week to being the family hero the next week lol. I'm use to it. IP: Logged |

Overall, my childhood was okay, although I had cancer when I was a year old so I was constantly watched over and babied by people a lot, only to grow up and realize how much it annoyed me and impacted my subconscious. I always had a decent looking home, nothing fancy or big though, my family is not rich. My mom has always loved to decorate and beautify every home we have lived in, so I have always been in good comfort and surrounded by her homey touch, to which I think I've inherited a bit. My family has always been fraught with emotional disturbances though, including myself. But for the most part, I personally had a decent enough upbringing with a close relationship to my mom, a little more-so than my siblings. My Jupiter is also conjunct my Venus, so this placement probably can explain why.Right now, I am in the process of preparing for yet another move (something I have done a lot in my life, though never out of state and never far away) where I will be living alone. I got my own apartment first last year, now I am moving again closer to family. Kind of nervous, but then again I've moved so much within the last few years that it's not too horrible. I don't exactly like the fact that I have to move and sign a lease during a Mercury Retrograde, but life doesn't 'stop' for a Retrograde, and I have to be out before the 30th. Nor do I really enjoy the fact that Pluto is in my Solar Return 4th this year :/ ------------------ Leo Sun Cancer ASC Gemini Moon IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter in Leo in the 4th House and I had a horrible abusive childhood, but I have a lot of bad aspects to Lilith, Nessus, Chiron etc. so maybe that's it. However, I do take a lot of joy and comfort in spending time at home, decorating my home, etc. though I also have to be the queen of my home and I don't let anyone boss me around in the house. I don't mind if people want to throw their weight around at work, on the freeway, or anywhere else, but no one gets to boss me around in my own home. But my Jupiter is in Leo and Leo is the king/queen, so that makes sense. I certainly hope Jupiter indicates a comfortable middle/later life. After my childhood I would really appreciate calm, peaceful, comfortable later years. I have also heard that 4th house can indicate government/bureaucracy, not in terms of the wider polis or community, which would be the 11th house, but in terms of actual bureaucratic structure--the home of the government, which by extension could mean bureaucratic organizations. Having Jupiter in the 4th in this case would mean good luck in dealing with, or being a part of, bureaucratic and or governmental structures or organizations. IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter in Leo in the 4th and I agree word for word with the first paragraph of what Tulip wrote. My childhood was horrible and whenever I read descriptions of Jupiter in the 4th I always feel ripped off.IP: Logged |

I have Jupiter in cancer in the 4th conjuct Chiron. I had an awesome childhood. My parents were finishing medical school so I was raised by my grandparents. Parents split up but are still good friends. I had some problems with my mom when i was a teenager but i think that's normal. I'm really lucky and i hope i can have a beautiful family of my own in the future.IP: Logged |

Hi, i have Jupiter in Cancer in the 4th house trine pluto, opposite saturn, conjunct chiron/sun/mercury and square mars. My 4th house is Gemini. In my childhood, I was teased and physically and verbally bullied by my mom, brother, and classmates. Although i saw mom as being one of my bullies, I'll admit, sometimes i felt as though I was special to her. She took great care of me and for the most part, was pretty encouraging as well. Now-a-days, i feel pretty lucky that mom is a hard worker and gave her and her children, myself included, and marvelous place to live.IP: Logged | |
