Neptune in Pisces Trans natal Saturn sR

Is this why everything feels unreal and I haven't been abnle to get anything done for a while?

Definitely.

I don't like Neptune/Saturn hard transits. Low energy, no motivation at all and even depression sometimes. Just bleh.

Hope it won't be that bad for you though.
