POF is susceptible to stimulation or accent by Lunations, Full Moons, and Eclipses on the degree, and by transit or progression of the planets over the arc in which it is located. It represents an added point of sensitivity and receptivity.For POF as wealth and prosperity indicator, it needs to be assessed in terms of a whole chart. A good start: Condition of your luminaries, positions and aspects
house and sign of POF, any conjunctions or aspects to malefics and benefics
its dispositor and how it is aspected, is it afflicted or dignified
placement of Venus (financial signifier)
planets in 2nd house, this is the wealth you make from your own work..aspects etc
Planets in 8th , money you get, through inheritance for instance..aspects etc
10th house planets
placement of Mercury
where wealth comes from or how its made, or if its lost is dependent on the signifier planets and their placements and condition

My POF is in the 7th house (Sagi), conjunct Uranus and opposite AS/Chiron.I don't understand what really adds to my chart, but I work with computers (web designer/developer) so it makes sense to me in that area. ------------------

My Pars Fortunae falls in Gemini in the 8th house. I makes a Grand Trine with my Venus and Mars (Venus: 0 degrees, Mars: 2 degrees), sextile Saturn exact, square Jupiter 1 degree, sequisquare Uranus exact, and Trine Ascendant by 3 degrees. Reading the descriptions for the placements in the OPs post resonated with me. I was initially confused due to which formula I should be using in order to calculate the POF, but I figured that out. I'll have to do more research on the aspects. ------------------

Aquarius Sun in 4th
Gemini Moon in 8th

POF in Second house (yay!) in Sag, (ruled by Jupiter which for me is in Taurus/7th. Sounds great, going to marry for money, right? Except...Opposite my 8th house Gemini sun, and Scorpio on the cusp of the second, Pluto in Virgo/11th... hmmm... IP: Logged |

Venus rules the 7th,6th houses. I wouldn't say that I am "lucky" in these things. Having Aries rising, relationships haven't exactly been a walk in the park. I read somewhere that the conjunction of Venus-Part of Fortune can give the native handsome qualities or social refinement in dealing with others. I don't know if I am all that great with others though. Am a bit of a loner and like few of my own company plenty as opposed to "people"

PART OF FORTUNE IN THE FOURTH HOUSE:

It's also in Cancer, so that would make the 4th house placement even stronger. :/ My Part of Fortune also conjuncts my Mercury. So I'm assuming I'll make my money through my mind's intellect?
