Is it just me or has anyone noticed how Aries Moons who are more introverted than typical act like Scorpio Moons, while Scorpio Moons who are more extroverted than typical act like Aries Moons? Since they're both Mars-ruled, it makes sense.

The shy Aries Moon becomes a lot more strategic and focused on their battle plan and unwilling to give a whole lot away. And the outgoing Scorpio Moon becomes a lot more expressive and unapologetic about their passions and feelings as well as very blunt and independent-minded.

I can say this because I feel like I'm that sort of Scorpio Moon. I can definitely relate to some stuff about the Aries Moon profile and I tend to really love Aries Moon people. But, as a Water Moon, I'm just still much more sensitive and perceptive about stuff, at the end of the day.

My boss is Libra sun, Aries moon (opposite Pluto and sun) but with Scorpio Mars, Venus, nn, and Uranus. Virgo mercury

That guy is like the most outspoken person. Swears like a sailor. He got in trouble the other day for it actually.

Perhaps Aries Moon in the 4th, 8th, or 12th House?

Social signs are generally more extroverted than personal signs.

Aries is the most likely to be a hermit imo - Those with Sun/Moon and/or AC in Aries usually feel like they need a lot of space from people.
Aries is the opposite of Libra - the sign representing relationships with others (not exclusively romantic ones)..... so Aries-influence likes to feel alone and free.

Scorpio has a strong need and desire to get close to other people on an emotional level.
Aries has a "Stay away or I'll burn your a*s!" vibe... Sometimes they can have a "If you stay at a safe distance I'll be all kinds of cool and inspire you to greatness" vibe.. (that's the positive side haha).

Scorpio doesn't want people to stay away... They want people to be magnetised and they want to penetrate other people's psychology and understand what makes them tick.

I have scorp asc/cancer sun/aries moon. Im deffinatly shy. Ppl always make jokes that i talk to much while i sit and say nothing. The only time i have no problem being "outgoing" is when im around someone or a situation thst i find is really irritating. Then i have no problem letting people know i have a problem. Its kind of rude i know.. it takes alot to **** me off. Maybe Taurus mars helps me with patience. But all in all i dont know many arirs suns they seem unaproachable to me.
There is a quote thats begining to ring true with me by Frank Herbert "what do you despise? By this you are truely known."

I am an Aries moon (late 26') and would say I am rather shy and reserved around those I don't know but outgoing around groups and people I do know...Pisces sun cancer Mars probably relates to this as well though.

I have a friend who has an Aries Moon and she's really reserved/quiet. But she has a Libra ASC + Moon in 7H. Aqua with a Pisces stellium and Saturn in there, in the 5H.

When I found out she has an Aries Moon, I was quite shocked, because she's definitely very Libran/Piscean. I can't even see the Aqua in her, lol.

And yeaaah some Scorpio Moons are LOUD! And really in your face. I know some... well, it could be their Sag placements as well, haha.

Well, placement stereotypes are just bad news. It prevents people from actually being PEOPLE, not just their placements.

Yes, I have met or known Aries Moon people who were shy or introvert. Doesn't mean they don't have that fire smoldering within them. But, why couldn't they be shy yet still have that Aries energy? Don't forget that everyone's a very complex blend of a ton of different birth chart influences.

Same thing with Scorpio Moon people. I've known a few that will put themselves out there in a heartbeat. Doesn't mean they don't still have that simmering intensity and everything. But, still.

Aries moons aren't shy. Other factors in your chart probably make you NOT shy if you're a Scorpio moon.

I don't think Aries Moons are particularly shy but they may not always, or often, be showy in the way you'd expect.
Example, Aries Moon friend usually relies on her Virgo Sun/Merc for the most, plus her Libra Mars (wayyy indecisive) but put her anywhere near a basketball hoop (arcades or out on the court) she will boast about that "one time" she played against this tall burly guy and he had to admit that she beat his ass. She will search for -anyone- in the nearby vicinity to go head to head with her. She's very energized then and enthused about the whole thing. And she will do her best to beat your ass, she doesn't play around she'll want the words akin to "you won you're the best" as you lose (again) after your game.

So yeah I've known tame Aries Moons, I mean it'd be exhausting to be "on" all the time. They can be fierce. But competitive all the time?..I dont even experience Aries Mars people to be like that..however i have to say aries mars people are incredibly awesome. The ones ive known. I don't experience the Moons to be in your face people (in the neg definition) or whatever the ugly stereotype of Aries is. I'm sure some are but I've just not been acquainted with them.

With Scorpio Moons I've experienced them to be pretty stealth. Good battle plans. Way tenacious, pretty strong as far as what they can handle. A sort of rebellious bring it on attitude which makes them smile. But mostly just doing their own thing. Not very loud, but definitely noticeable. They stand out but not in a conventional way.

I know you didn't mention competition re: aries but both signs being mars ruled in traditional astrology made me think in mars terms.
