Do you think it's the mars in libra going over my 12th house? I've so been a hermit for the past few months while mars has been Rx.

If your libido is causing problems in your romantic life, it may be worth talking to your doctor and getting a physical done to ensure that your low libido is not symptomatic of a larger health issue.

I know my answer doesn't address your question about the effect of astrological transits on an individual's sex drive. It is possible that there is an astrological transit that is affecting your libido, but it it would be wise to work with your doctor first to determine if any changes you've experienced in your sex drive point to another health issue that needs to be addressed.
