Quick question my moon is in aqua and ascendant but i just realized that since my venus is in 11th house shouldnt that give me some type of mutual reception between my moon and venus?

Being charming and airy comes very easily to me since aqua is more dominant in my chart than scorpio.

It's not a mutual reception, but it adds to the Uranian theme.

I assume you are very attracted to women who embody the Aquarian/Uranian themes.
