i know one guy who has Gem sun conjunct saturn hes built, i noticed saturn on sun or mars can give potential to develop a good body alongside good training,

i know masculine ascendants have it easier to naturally have a trimmed/muscular body also masculine mars signs but i know a lot of people with fire mars and there bodys arent really muscular

i have saturn in the 1st house/not conjunct but have noticed that i really do reap what i sow, i used to have a weak body poor appetite and for the past 7 months have completely

changed my eating habits and working out consistently i have passed a lot of people who used to be bigger than me and i put on a lot of solid muscle pretty easily

ASC/Mars, not necessarily the Opposition though.

Leo ASC often gives a pretty good body.
Sun/ASC, perhaps?

Sagittarius ASC, especially in females.

Leo asc and sag asc are great too. I think a fire asc with a water moon is killer for a woman.

For guys, Aries asc seem to be naturally athletic. My friend is an Aries asc and he has a six pack without even trying. Obviously a mars-asc connection would indicate similar traits

SAG ASC - my sister has this, along with a Scorpio moon. She's got the model-type body - Very slim, not downright skinny though, she looks somehow very fit, though she's lazier than me.

For better or worse...meaning the body will either be very nice or not very nice at all....

Saturn in the sixth means it's naturally not as good as you like it but working out pays off more for you because it helps you learn the lessons of saturn.

I've met people with venus and mars in the sixth and aries and they just starve themselves into skinny models.

I have Saturn and Pluto in the sixth. In a picture of my abs I might not look that good but I have a sexy beast body. I don't need to lift weights because my biceps are jacked. I wish my shoulders were just a little broader but I'm a Gemini ascendant so I have a length to me. My chest is kind of week but my back is grossly jacked. It's kind of weird, I have a build like a boxer. Wide back, decent chest, jacked arms, and the legs of a long distance runner.

But there's been times in my life where i've been too skinny or too fat...a little too plump or a little too raddly.

I have venus in the sixth (aspected by mars) and while I don't starve myself (confessing to being a chocoholic) I watch what I eat and control my portions.
I eat off dessert plates instead of huge dinner plates for example.

I'm also very active. Not mountain biking, hiking, running, or working out
More along the lines of Gardening, farm chores, keeping up with children

Venus/Pluto conjunct AC
I'm little but curvy, ppl say they would like to be built like me...I'm really just now starting to appreciate my body.
I think it's better now than it's ever been...I seem to age in reverse.
I get muscle tone very easy, but when I was younger I felt I looked to muscular, so I stopped exercising and got to thin...lost a lot of muscle to.

Libra stellium in the 10th. Scorpio Ascendant and Pisces Moon. Her Mars conjuncts her venus in libra in the 10th house.

I think gemini ascendant or taurus, david beckham legs, is the way to go for that..
