Is it just me or isn't these aspect a bit overlooked in synastry? It really makes a friendship/relationship very dynamic?

Isn't these aspect very important to have, also in you and your partners relationship? And Mostly the easy aspects?

I have the conjunction in my natal chart, so is this just why I think the sun-mars connection is extremely important to have in synastry with your closest personal relationships with people?
Cause they make ACTION, DRIVE and POWER! And a lot of good times (the EASY aspects, though)

From what I've seen, Yes. My sister and her husband have sun-mars in synastry and in composite.

They are very active together. Going traveling consistently, they have a kickboxing class, they both rode together on a motocycle (while my brother in law was navigating the bike she read the map and directed him where to go), etc. Stuff like that.

It seems to make for a very action oriented interaction between people. Ive also seen this between another couple. Only had sun-mars in synastry, and they liked being active together (running, swimming, traveling, etc)

It depends on what you want. Some people might not like it. Since you have sun-mars conjunction I can see how that would be important to you.

Romantically speaking, I won't get involved with a girly girl or someone who isn't active, so for me sun-mars is very important. I play sports, and don't mind doing a lot of fun physically intensive things. A dynamic action oriented interaction is a must for me.

Then again you could have it in synastry and composite, but if the other person isn't used to that energy they might just want to sit down on the couch or go clubbing or do something not physically intensive. So yeah it can make people WANT to be active together, but whether they actually are will depend on the individuals.

It also tends to add physical/sexual attraction too.

Mars is key to physical and overall just energetic attration.Regardless of other aspects in synastry if you have Sun/Mars with someone they are just 'your type'----Lots of couples have this,including Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux!

my partner and i both have the conjunction natally, and in synastry, probably our composite as well!

i like it very much. we are active together, have drive as a couple and are good at motivating each other.

My son and I have this conjunction and we've always been super close. Our energy levels are the same and we always want to do the same types of things. Our conjunction is in Sag.

I have the square both ways in synastry and a tight conjunction (apart of a 5 planet love stellium) in our composite.

When we first met, the chemistry was insane, but after the initial attraction wore off, that energy turned into sex or just physical closess. We also have Sun square Sun, moon trine venus both ways, mars square mercury both ways.

Moon conjunct Venus in our composite is almost exact. Sun conjunct Venus is at 4 degrees.

That mars-sun dynamic just adds to the physical chemistry and comfort between us. My Aquarius loves touching me and holding my hand it's an aspect that can add some spice to our sensuality as a couple.

And who feels that attraction more? the sun or the mars person? I can see the mars person being the one who takes the initiative.

I had Sun conjunct my father's mars. That one was a little rough at times. On the one hand I knew with certainty he would never hurt me and defend me to his last. On the other, I grew up overly sensitive to his temper. Also, sun-mars can be a bit... competitive...

I wanted to comment on the "Sun opposite Mars synastry" thread, but it's now closed, so I'm writing here

Just wanted to chime in that I've been getting to know the Mars opposite Sun energy, as the Mars person, during PROGRESSED synastry, and I'm not a fan of the energy, ha! I gotta work with it a lot to not feel like I'm checking the Sun person out in the slightest. I keep bringing the energy back to myself and containing it. It's a good practice for self-love because I don't actually want to be with these people where I'm experiencing it! I don't want them to think I want them, ha!
