I tend to get spooked out when I'm using the computer and I'm suddenly approached. But I also use headphones so I'm quite separated from the surroundings. Plus I easily get lost in my thoughts. I have Sun conjunct Neptune.

I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy.

Im a jumper.

I'd like to think I could karate chop an intruder to the ground, in reality I'm actually too busy jumping 6ft off the ground... only to discover it's my kid or the SO rounding the corner.

I've noticed when I do get jumpy my eyesight seems "above" my head. It's almost like double vision.

I can sometimes be looking at someone in silence (and probably "off in space") and they say something to me I jump.
Even if I know someone is in the room with me and they'll suddenly say something to me I jump.

I don't really know what to attribute this to.
8th house moon - ?
Aries moon - quick reaction?

I know this isn't really Astrology-related and is more mental, but some of this almost reminds me of Dissociation/Depersonalization, which often goes hand in hand a lot of the time with people who experience depression/anxiety a lot. I of course don't know if any of you do, nor am I implying that any of you do, but reading this topic just brought it to mind is all. I have gone through a lot of it over the past few years, and I'm pretty sure I've experienced Dissociation or Depersonalization many times, and it can be the most uncomfortable feeling, sometimes out-of-body like. Like you suddenly feel out of nowhere that life has become really hazy or dream-like, like you aren't real and none of what's going on is real, or you suddenly question your existence very hard for however long it may last. It can be super creepy. On wikipedia under 'Depersonalization disorder' I found this little blurb:

"Common descriptions of symptoms from sufferers include feeling disconnected from one's physicality or body, feeling detached from one's own thoughts or emotions, feeling as if one is disconnected from reality, and a sense of feeling as if one is dreaming or in a dreamlike state. In some cases, a person may feel an inability to accept their reflection as their own, or they may even have out-of-body experiences. The disorder can also be described as suffering from recurrent episodes of surreal experiences, which may in some cases be reminiscent of panic attacks."

Sorry if this isn't really Astrology-related (well I know it isn't haha) but figured I'd still pipe in. Also, this was not meant to scare anyone or to become a psychoanalyst lol

Haha my bad! I'm sorry lol. I think it might have slipped my mind that you said you can be a hypochondriac. Don't worry, I can definitely be one too. Maybe this is proof haha.

the other day I read on the news that one can tell if they will have breast cancer by the number of the moles on their left arm. That was the title of the article and of course i didn't click on it. I tried to erase the sight of it from my mind.

Of course, at midnight just before bed I found myself in front of the mirror counting the moles on the back of my left arm. I am glad i didnt get to read what number exactly points to "that".

Oh wow lol. It seems like the news will come up with absolutely anything to 'scare' you, even if it's claimed to be unintentional. Ugh lol. Kinda creepy at times. I probably would have done the same thing you did.
