I prefer the former cuz I find it more sensual, earthly, and [edited for the sensitively challenged viewers]. IP: Logged |

my scorpio venus prefers the taurus venus, plus i think taurus is the better placement for venus imo, it's a sign comfortable in love and enjoys passion. My idea of venus in libra are people that date for the sake of not wanting to be aloneIP: Logged |

If I was to choose one of them for myself, I'd go for Taurus Venus. Same when it comes to a potential partner.------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. IP: Logged |

I concur. Libras tend to wanna be with someone to "complete" and balance them 24/7/365. IP: Logged |

Generally, Taurus Venus is steadier and more stable in relationships as they usually know what they exactly need. Libra Venus on the other hand tend to " get lost" in love sometimes. nevertheless, it is a very beautiful placement, they make great companions and very considerate lovers. I love both placements.IP: Logged |

I think the whole taurus vs libra thing boils down to personal preference imoAnywho, libras dress, decorate, and design better while taureans make better art. I think venus in libra make better companions tho bc taureans can be kinda boring imo Both are very sensual and sweet but taureans seem to revel in sensual pleasures. Venus in taurus can be really natural earthy and very sexy. IP: Logged |

As a Scorp with a Sag Venus, my answer should be neither lol. I have tried to get the hang of Libra rising/ Sun but Libra Venus might end up breaking my sensitive yet intuitive Pisces Moon heart. Taurus Venus would theoretically fit better though. So, I guess Taurus Venus would be it as long as it doesn't make that quincunx with my natal Venus at about 21 degrees. But if not, the match may not be too bad if we can work past the Sun/Venus opposition. IP: Logged |

I've never known a Venus in Libra, I have a Taurus moon and meet Taurus Venus' more often. They're weird people.IP: Logged |

Venus in Libra emphasizes more intellectual banter and conversation between the two parties(excellent for my Mars in Libra)Venus in Taurus emphasizes more physical contact between the two parties; touching, caressing, kissing, spooning, hugging etc. To say which one is "better" than the other would depend largely on preference.

I have learned to love venus in taurus because I have that placement, though its in detriment in the 8th house. I find that it works in relationships better though. lol I do love the grace of the venus in libra placement though. IP: Logged |

My Moon is in Taurus but unfortunately my Venus is in Gemini. My mom's Venus is in Libra and Moon in Virgo and we disagree about our preference for female looks and beauty. IP: Logged |

Now tell us how much it sucks [/QUOTE] It just does. It doesn't sound attractive and its boring. Well at least the Moon is feminine. IP: Logged |

When it comes to men with libra placements, I always got the feeling they were looking for someone, anyone to be with so they didn't have to be alone and could go through the motions of love. They're a lot of fun yeah, but I need more substance and intensity. Still I think most women would love libras. They're literally like the perfect guy you hear about everyone wanting.
I agree with the flightiness. That's one things I'm glad I don't have is a libra venus. I have a libra stellium and was so happy when I found out venus wasn't apart of it. They are really fun and super positive. I agree most would really love libra venus its so much better. I live for intensity and passion, libra venus is perfect for a water heavy person in my opinion. Taurus' are so stubborn and although it is Venus ruled it's very different from Libra. They have a completely different view and approach to everything. Too boring for me and too much attitude. Of course it comes down to what each person prefers. IP: Logged |

I remember an ex of mine had cancer sun and libra venus. For our first date he gave me flowers. His ex was jealous and told me he bought her flowers too....when they were together. So what i said. Thats a good thing. It shows hes a gentlemen who likes to give women flowers. Big deal. That sure shut her up. She thought i was gonna be jealous of the past. IP: Logged |

But i always got the feeling he would be just the same no matter who it was in my place so I just kinda killed it for me.To oversimplify. Taurus loves things. Libra loves beauty. One is stuck in the material and one is head in the clouds lol. Despite both being rules by Venus taureans and libras are like so completely different. When I was getting a divorce my Taurus mom goes "so did you get all your things?" My libra cousin goes "you can do better, you're pretty!" Weirdly I always see Libra-Taurus sun couples.
I never see those two together lol. I agree with everything you said. I'm happy that I have scorpio venus instead No one beats our love! IP: Logged |

Idk... I might have run away from either of them if I managed to hold of the charm of Libra. (libra in general) Easier said than done. lol Taurus sounds lovely and trines my venus/mars/merc. but I don't know about these bad qualities that I hear about lol. But obviously it's Scorpio Venus for me. Can't imagine not having it in my life. IP: Logged |

A married couple who are really good friends of mine and my fiance have this going on. She's a Libra sun Taurus moon he's a Taurus sun Libra moon. They are wonderful together. For the op though, even with my Taurus moon, I prefer the Libra side of Venus. I don't want to be a possession to the person who loves me. My mars/uranus conjunction in Sag in my 5th can't tolerate it. Plus I've got that wild aries Venus...own me? Please, try so I can point and laugh when you fail IP: Logged |
