It kind of bugs me just slightly that people discredit astrology as a whole.
I believe if you actually look into it(step one) and start to notice the correlations between planets and human behaviour, it becomes harder to ignore that something could be there. No it's not a science but not many people choose to try and discredit it scientifically. We have much to learn about space abd many new discoveries are made every year. Maybe science can't explain it now but with more knowledge the "how" (how the planets affect us) may be explained fully. We shouldn't give up on the subject if anything scientist and psychologist should look into it deeper to eighter "prove" it or disprove it.
Any opinions?

It simply comes down to ignorance. Many people that I have come across who discredited or shunned astrology didn't educate themselves. The most common arguments I receive are, "How can 7 billion people share 12 signs? People are too unique for that." And "How can the planets alignments during my birth contribute to my personality?"

For the former, ignorance is the answer. If they took the time to learn that it's so much more than a sun sign, they might be interested in something. Then there are those who are hardheaded and narrow-minded.. And there's no getting through to them. For the latter, I honestly can't answer that question. I don't know how or why, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying it. There have been way too many "coincidences" for astrology to simply be just that -- a coincidence.

Yes I find I'm constantly learning and making my own discoveries also and with forums like these it gives us all a chance to put our own discoveries together. It's endless the things you will learn by researching and learning astrology. Not one second will be the same as the last as is life. Lol
